Très bon cadre pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants… Dommage la propreté des chambres (odeurs des égouts) a gâché l’ambiance

Le séjour a été super toute l'équipe est aux petits soins surtout à l'animation et au coin snacking pour le All inclusive. Le seul bémol c'est le déjeuner et le dîner je pense clairement que la direction pourrait faire plus d'effort à ce niveau là. Le petit-déjeuner est très qualitatif mention spéciale au stand de msemen et à celui des omelettes.

Très très bruyant. Nous avons réservé une chambre avec1 grand lit, nous avons eu 2 lits jumeaux. Vue sur Jardin = à 30 mètres à vol d'oiseau de la Nationale P2017, "route d'Ourika" ; rien a voir avec les indications géographiques du site Hotels.com donc prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir ! Dommage, la piscine est sympa.

Poor service, food terrible with limited choices and poor quality. All inclusive is not worth it.

L'hôtel est très excentré. Il n'y a rien à proximité. Le personnel est sympa. La piscine est agréable, il ya beaucoup de transats. La chambre est confortable. Les deux restaurants sont très moyens.

Hotel staff is so v so weird and luggage. We had to wait outside in hot weather in half hour. No one help us for luggage no soap no dry working

Gode senge. Poolområde med aktiviteter og musik fra morgen til aften, det skal man være til- ellers er der ikke så godt. God service, søde medarbejder. Vi havde all inklusiv - maden var ikke særlig god.

Udmærket hotel med pool og aktiviteter for børn. Meget støj fra pool området fra morgen til aften. Vi havde bestilt all inclusive. Maden var ikke noget særligt.

Hotellet i sin helhet var bra men mkt dålig AC i rum och gemensamma lokaler som matsal. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell på grund av det. Poolerna jättebra, maten ok men inte mer.

Truly horrendous, this property needs closing down. It is not 4* I would say 2*. My 1st room had cockroaches, when I then moved rooms the key card would not work & staff had to remove the card panel from the actual door meaning I slept in a room with a door unlocked and the room had no safety deposit box. As I had got back to the room at 11.45pm their staff tried to “fix” the key panel for over 45mins before telling me I had to sleep there and they would find a room the next day. They were unwilling to change my room at night. The hotel is overall very dirty, the food was disgusting with flies and ants all over it and there was only 1 restaurant for All Inclusive which had no AC. The bathroom in my second room had black hairs on the floor, and dirty marks on the bed linen. The staff were rude. All drinks were warm and came in dirty glasses. Apparently the hotel had no ice. We did not eat or drink at this hotel after 1 occasion. I would never allow guests to book such an unhygienic hotel. This breaks all H&S regulations. When I told the Customer Service Manager all of this she offered me a free bottle of water. They were unwilling to provide a refund.

We booked two rooms and arrived at 2:50 pm, they only had one room available. Also the pictures are of two hotel that are attached by a pool area. Not sure why they also use the other hotel photos on the listing. The rooms need improvements, they are run down. Also very noisy all day and night.

Personnel très sympathique à l’écoute À 4km du centre voie piétonne ,accessible ,nous l’avons fait aller et retour Petit déjeuner marocain Centre commercial et carrefour à 5m’ à pied

Une baignoire bouchée malgres l'intervention de l'hôtel. Une chasse d'eau qui vous tombe sut les pied et apparement c'est normal. Lit confortable mais le reste de la chambre reste tres simple.

It was great experience the staff were nice especially Sara at front desk The hotel swimming pools were amazing kids had fan The location was absolutely great almost everything is very much close so you don’t have to travel for long to go anywhere It’s a safe environment

Excellent séjour familial dans cette hôtel qui mérite bien ses 4 étoiles. La chambre était nettoyer tous les jours avec changement de serviettes sur demande. L'hôtel compte 2 grandes piscines donnant sur différentes parties et 2 paddlles pools pour les plus petits. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec jus d'orange fraîchement préparé et différents choix de vienoiseries. De plus, L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé dans marrakech, pas trop loin de du centre-ville et avec un accès a Carrefour market juste à côté. En bref, nous avons passé un agréable moment et nous recommandons cette hôtel pour un séjour au calme en famille.

Strange experience. Was travelling with my wife and two children. We came from a 1,5 month trip so had a lot of luggage. Needed to take several trips to the car to bring everything. When I started to bring luggage to our car I was stopped outside the front door, and the two suitcases was held back by some guy working there. After some time the guy in the reception came and told we that i need to check out before leaving. I told him that I am not checking out, just carrying luggage to my car, and that my family and the rest og my luggage is in the room. That was hard for them to understand. I spend 35 + days in hotels over the world in a normal year. This is not normal behaviour. And a clear reason not to come back and to recommend to others. Hotel is ok. Is quite a bit from town center. A little worn out, but free parking. Breakfast is below average, but most placed in Morocco is compared to Western standard. Because of the remote location we tried a restaurant at the hotel. Below average. Probably ok to stay there one night when travelling since it is close to the airport.

Séjour horrible. 1 heure d attente pour obtenir la clef de notre chambre. On arrive dans notre chambre pas d électricité ni d eau chaude. Nous sommes 4 et seulement 2 serviettes. Nous les réclamons et les obtenons au bout de 2 jours à répéter que nous n avons pas de serviette. Enfin les serviettes arrivent elles sont dans un état déplorable.deux lits simple alors que nous devions avoir une chambre familiale. Une mention sympa pour les dames du petit déjeuner qui préparent les omelettes et les msemens. Celui qui préparait le thé très sympa aussi.
