Globalement bon séjour. Petit bémol, il faisait très froid la nuit car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas. J'aurais aussi apprécié du savon liquide à main sur le lavabo. Merci quand même pour l'accueil.

Good

The room smelled weird. Some of the hardware has started corroding (e.g., the light fixture in the nightstand) the refrigerator was not clean. The Hotel is well Located.

This hotel is by no means a good hotel, staff sent me to the parking lot as hotel parking was full and that parking lot attendant did not let me park there either. Hotel staff told me to find my own parking then. I was tired of a long drive already and then i had to spent an hour more to find parking about 1 km away.

Bien situé, bon prix

.......clean, modern, spartan, mid-sized hotel with just enough in-room amenities......well located between Old Montreal and downtown shopping district.....nearby Complexe Desjardins has something like 100 indoor market style dining choices under one roof......parking sells out quickly and could be challenging for larger vehicles (true for most Montreal hotels).....good value....

No bottled water in the room. At least one complimentary bottle.

Convenient location, near everything! Property maintenance could use improvement. Clean room. Staff was friendly!

Point negatif: La personne qui ete au comptroller le soir etais plutôt Bête avec nous, nous a presque pitcher la carte de la chambre c'etais plutôt désagreable. L'ascenseur fait un bruit de fou, sa en fait peur surtout que elle bougeais beaucoup. Manque de commodité, deux savon a mains, et une boite comportant gel douche/shampooing cest pas tres agréable pour les cheveux pas de conditionner. Point positif: la chambre etais propre, le lit etais confortable et les oreillers aussi. La vue etais superbe!

Room was about average, No breakfast or roll away beds. Bus stop to airport is oustide the main door. Vending machines take cash only

Dirty room

The service at the front desk is horrendous, with a very argumentative manager. The house-keeping service is terrible, with room cleaning provided only every 3 days. Totally inadequate. The hotel refused to respond to complaints about the telephone not working. - no dial tone. The internet service is poor, and the face basin was clogged. Despite repeated requests, the hotel staff refused to address these issues. If you request a taxi, the front desk calls Diamond Taxi only. The customer service of this provider is very poor.

While the room and bed felt clean and comfortable, the hallway had an odor and the elevators were quite rundown.

Just a dingy hotel. Best thing about it is where it located in the city.
