Small room but in a good location nevertheless

Don't be put off by the outside - this hotel is a real gem. Warm, friendly staff. Comfortable, traditional rooms. Ideally placed to explore Kyoto, whilst being only a few minutes walk from the main station. Highly recommended.

第三次入住，來京都時的首選，價格便宜，雖然沒有太多服務，但房間內有小廚房、洗衣機，浴室有烘乾功能，適合長時間入住，且離京都車站不遠走路約5分鐘也可到熱門景點的巴士站牌

地點優，環境佳，交通便利。

離京都車站確實有段距離，步行約10分鐘，此區同集團及同類型民宿很多，官網對於『初次』到京都投宿的民眾，介紹不夠詳細，不容易找到。 此次6人行入住3F(2個房間1個合室1個廚房1個廁所1個浴室)對於空間及品質沒有不滿意，但亦無特別覺得好就一般般，民宿沒有電梯也比較不方便；但有洗衣機及暖氣系統，對於需洗衣的朋友，掛浴室開乾燥可以隔天就乾，很方便。 6人入住3晚，每晚每人住宿稅200日圓，共收取3600日圓，在入住前mail通知裡雖告知需收費，卻對收取標準及該付多少住宿稅特地迴避，到現場才確實計算要你付費，感覺不是很好。 京都是唯一住宿費用有無達到收取標準，都會收最少200日圓/人的地區，請注意！

環境舒適，有齊煮食用具。 距離京都站不遠。 但民宿沒有電梯，拎大行李的不方便。

This is my second stay, with many more to come, I'm sure. The hotel is located in a quiet area but within easy walking distance from Kyoto Station. Room is cozy, clean, and generously equipped with a washing machine. Staff are very friendly, as ND provided housekeeping service every four nights--very adequate. Highly recommended.

住宿環境、設備良好，服務親切，很適合個人、小家庭居住。

1. 위치는 교토역에서 히가사혼간지 쪽으로 걸어가시다가 쇼세이엔 쪽으로 가시면 되요 캐리어 끌고가기 힘들지 않았는데 가는 길에 공사하고 있어서 좀 그랬어요 2. 침대가 너무 푹신해요! 아침 비행기라 잠을 잘 못잤는데 정말 꿀잠 잤네요 ㅎㅎ 3. 화장실이 환기가 잘 안되는건지 화장실이랑 주방쪽에 약간 습한냄새? 그런게 나요... 그나마 침실이랑 분리되어있어서 방에서 난방하면 방에는 냄새 안났어요 4. 주변이 주택가라 대체적으로 조용하기는 한데 건물 옆으로 차가 지나가는 소리는 좀 들렸어요 5. 방이 좀 좁기는하지만 가격대비 정말 훌륭한 곳이라고 생각합니다. 교토에 점심때쯤 도착해서 짐 맡기려고 갔는데 아마 식사중이라 자리를 비우셨던것 같아요 그래도 전화하니까 금방 오셨고 룸 준비가 다 되서 바로 올라갈 수 있었어요. 다시 교토로 가도 가고 싶은 숙소에요

Wonderful. Very spacious room fully equipped. I loved the bath room with advancing climate control system. At the event of late check in, phoned them following the instruction and staff was very helpful. It was quiet. The location was brilliant once you know the transport.

離京都車站距離十分鐘路程，位置相當方便。房間雖然不大但應有盡有，超級方便的

게스트하우스가 주택가에 있어서 조용하고 프런트에 한국분이 계셔서 별 말은 안했어도 반갑고 좋네요!
