Ottime

Everything about the property was perfect for our needs. We stayed in October during Tartufo festival, and one of the wine tastings was at this hotel. perfectly organized and wonderful wine selections. The breakfast is very good, and has several gluten free options as well as a barista to make coffees and cappuccinos. Beds were very comfy and location was extremely quiet. Parking is under the hotel, and you just need to run into the hotel on your arrival and they will open the gate for you. After that you can enter or exit with the room key. LOTS of restaurants and the entire old town is very walkable.

Camera molto ampia cosi come il bagno. Colazione ottima sia per varietà di scelta dolce e salata sia per qualità. Un plauso particolare al servizio garage e per la possibilità di lasciare l auto tutto il giorno anche dopo il check out

Chambre grande, literie confortable, salle de bains correcte. Le tout d'une grande banalité....une décoration datant des années 1960!!!

Very nice hotel

Ótima localização (entre 10 e 15 minutos a pé do centro histórico). Local bem tranquilo, de fácil acesso e com ótimo estacionamento gratuito. O quarto era amplo e com todo o conforto e funcionalidades necessárias. Ótimo isolamento acústico e muito boa qualidade de sono. O café é muito bom e com ótima variedade de itens.

Ottima sistemazione ad Alba, comoda da raggiungere e vicinissima al centro per andarci a piedi. Camera pulita, silenziosa e comoda, come anche il bagno. Colazione strepitosa, super ricca e molto curata.

清掃の人にchao chinaと呼ばれた以外は市街も近くフロントの人たちも丁寧で必要な設備も整っているいいホテルだと思います。

Great staff & rooms

Wie immer alles perfekt.

El check-in es a las 15.00. Llegamos a las 12. Y nos fuimos a pasear. Volvimos a las 14.30 y nos dieron la habitación a las 15.35. El personal de limpieza de las habitaciones, grita en los pasillos y al limpiar otras habitaciones, mueven las camas haciendo un ruido insoportable. Imposible dormir la siesta. El restaurant no nos admitió un día porque había un grupo grande. Destaco la amabilidad del personal y la calidad edilicia como la excelente higiene. Hay un grave problema de organización( management) que empeora porque vienen grupos de gente( tours).

We love the Calissano! Great, helpful staff and wonderful rooms. The balcony off our suite was a dream. They also keep expanding their breakfast items, so to see vegan croissants and nondairy yogurt was wonderful.

Zentrale Lage, ruhig, eigene Tiefgarage, sehr sauber, geräumige schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück, freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal, viele liebevolle Details wie z.B. Früchteplatte in Zimmer und viele Badezimmeraccessoires, alles tipptopp

Esperienza positiva e comoda anche per chi viaggia x lavoro

Spent 4 nights at Hotel Calissano in August while doing wine tours. Chose it based on a recommendation from the tour guide and it did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly at the reception, the bar, and the restaurant. It is a five minute walk to the pedestrian zone of Alba so the location is excellent and easily accessible. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station. My room was a good size and very comfortable. Despite being next to the elevator, it was very quiet. Would happily recommend Hotel Calissano and will stay there again the next time I am in Alba.

Det er virkeligt et fremragende personale man møder på Hotel Calissano. Super professionelle på den gode måde, hele vejen rundt. Denne gang var det især den eneste tjener der var i restauranten, der imponerede med sine sprogkundskaber og evne til at alle blev set og hørt og fik man “til tiden”. Sikke et flot fransk der blev talt, til stor glæde for de franske gæster i restauranten. P-kælderen er virkelig god. Vi havde købt en del vin på turen og det kunne ligge sikkert og ikke for varmt i bagagerummet. Elevator fra p-kælder til alle etager. Alba er en meget hyggelig by og der er kun 5 minutters gang til byen fra hotellet. Vi fik skiftet håndklæder hver dag og det var luksus, men unødvendigt hvis man tænker miljø. Kunne også være rart med mulighed for at lave kaffe på værelset, men det er småting. Akustikken i morgenmads restauranten er ikke så god, kom tidligt hvis du vil sidder i nogenlunde ro. Alt i alt, endnu et dejligt ophold. Vi kommer gerne igen for 4. gang.
