I put a note of 4, not 5… Because I stopped twice at this hôtel during my stay. First time was excellent, I met the manager. Second time 5 days after, was ok… Spa need some improvement and clean the steam room… the hot tub was not working… and may be change the girl there, slamming doors while you are trying to relax. A little disappointed about that…

No tienen room service 24 horas. Aparte el desayuno lo llevan solo hasta laa 09:00 a la habitacion. El personal que atiede en restaurant es informal, tratandote de tu, le pregunte sobre un plato y dijo "no cacho" etc. Y vocabulario juvenil no apto para atencion

The view of the volcano was amazing. The staff were great, the location was great for the hikes that we wanted to do. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel every night. I highly recommend the farm to table activity. You start across the street choosing fresh vegetable and eggs and then the chef creates a fabulous dinner! The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us plan our activities. The hotel is a bit far from Puerto Varas, but it was so serene and a perfect location to explore from. We traveled around the entire lake. Visited the national park, went zip lining and visited numerous towns. One of the best hotel experiences we've had!

Excelente experiencia, sin duda el mejor hotel que hemos ido. Un trato excelente desde antes que llegáramos, preocupados por el transporte y por la comida (ya que llegamos tarde al hotel). Un equipo de personas hermoso, siempre con una sonrisa y atentos a cada detalle para que nuestra estadía fuese perfecta. La habitación súper cómoda, detalles de cortesía amados, calefacción ideal, una vista soñada. La comida exquisita, una experiencia gourmet inolvidable. Muy buenas sugerencias del chef y sommelier. 10/10 Volvería mil veces y por más días ! Querías agradecer particularmente a quienes nos ayudaron a rescatar nuestro dron que sufrió un accidente, y a todos en realidad.

Great stay! Loved the place. Grabbed a bike as well and was able to do a quick ride in morning. Breakfast was great. Dinner was not on par with the rest. Wouldn’t recommend dinner, given there are so many amazing places in town.

The hotel is serene and beautiful, and the staff surpasses all expectations. Everything was top notch. We enjoyed a winter getaway, and watching the changing moods of the lake was enchanting. The staff arranged for a bike to zip lining, which was an amazing opportunity to see more of the gorgeous surroundings - truly fun!

El lugar el paisaje hermoso. El servicio muy deficiente. La TV no funcionaba, la ventana de la habitación no cerraba, fueron tres personas a tratar de solucionar los problemas. Habitación muy calurosa, agua caliente ducha difícil de regular. Carta de cena muy limitada. No nos entregaron la cuenta de la cena, al parecer no aparecíamos registrados en el hotel. Desayuno difícil conseguir que te atiendan, a pesar que cuando llegamos habían dos mesas y ocupadas y 6 personas para el servicio. Lugar no se veía completamente limpio y falta manutención Precio no se condice con la calidad esperada

Muy buena, servicio muy bueno! Lo que no me gustó es que me ofrecieron recogerme pero no me dijeron que tenia un costo extra de $30.000 que no es menor. El tema de transporte fue malo el servicio muy caro y de excursiones no nos acercaron a ningún lugar por cortesía, todos los cobros sobre 30.000..
