Quirky but comfortable city centre hotel.

L‘hotel occupa tre piani di un bel palazzo d’epoca. Ascensore piccolo, stanza d‘angolo molto luminosa, grande e pulita.

It's a little confusing finding the registration desk - could use a little more detail on the signage out front.

Wunderschönes Hotel in Top Lage für die Erkundung der Innenstadt. Direkt gegenüber Parkmöglichkeiten im abgeschlossenen Parkhaus. Sehr freundliches, stets bemühtes Personal und ein eindrucksvolles Ambiente. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Hotel staff was very cooperative getting the bed right. The room cleaning was marginal and not consistent. The accommodations were good.

In the city so parking is difficult. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor so either go up many stairs or wait for an elevator that only fits 2 people. Room was small and loud.

Everything was great thanks. The breakfast guy was outstanding. I think his name was Matteo He managed the check in and all the breakfasts at the same time- he never stopped. We were so impressed. I hope he’s paid well because he earns it!

Hotel was on the third floor with quaint lift. Room with kitchenette was very comfortable and clean. Close to the old town, market and restaurants. Good location.

El servicio del personal, quien nos recibió fue muy amable y nos explicó la zona. Martina en la noche muy amigable. Muchas gracias por el servicio. La habitación te is una vista increíble. Caminamos a todos los lugares importantes de Génova. El servicio de internet era muy estable y siempre nos sentimos seguros y cómodos. Muy recomendable y seguro regresaremos.

Hotel molto carino, pulito e centralissimo. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. Le camere gradevolmente arredate necessitano comunque di revisione. La camera 12, una tripla molto spaziosa, con soffitto affrescato, letto molto comodo, ha il bagno senza finestra dal quale proviene dalle tubature un intenso odore di fognatura (forse dovuto ai lavori di ristrutturazione al piano inferiore). La camera 10, una suite tripla con salottino e angolo cottura, pulita e luminosa, ha il termosifone che emette forti rumori fastidiosi al momento dell'accensione centralizzata programmata (cioè al mattino molto presto). Detto questo, il mio giudizio resta positivo, ci ritornerei e lo consiglio

loved the old world elevator. breakfast was exceptional in offerings, coffee good, staff so helpful.

Esta en un edificio antiguo muy bonito y el elevador aunque es pequeño esta hermoso por ser antiguo, la limpieza y el tamaño de nuestra habitación estuvo muy bien, si me volvería a quedar ahí.
