gres location, good breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly

We loved staying here! The room was spacious and clean. The location made it easy to get to all the places we went to in Franconia and Conway. We were able to walk to town an even saw a black bear crossing the road! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We liked the quiet ambient music. The lighting in the room was bright, making for easy reading.

Room was very spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was very good. A lot of options to choose from. Staff very friendly. Only exception was tv kept freezing.

Clean quiet rooms!

The tv cable reception was horrible, kept scrambling got one channel, the air conditioner was too loud. The bathtub filled up with inches of water while taking a shower. And the people above us were loud.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, most importantly the room was clean. After seeing some negative reviews I was a bit concerned, but it turned out to be a positive experience.

This property is quietly tucked away, with ample and convenient parking. Lobby is cozy and stylish. Front desk stagf was kind and helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our family vacation. There is amazing local food very close by.

The property is clean, quiet, and has oversized rooms. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They are not always on duty, so make sure you note the front desk's hours of operation. The parking lot sits above the hotel entrance, so you'll need to unload your luggage before parking, as there are many steps to descend from the parking area. The large lobby offers breakfast each morning with indoor and outdoor seating areas. As I mentioned, the rooms are large and clean. The suites could have more furniture and a microwave, since they have galley kitchens with sinks and small refrigerators, but that's not a deal breaker. I would stay here again.

Updated and well-maintained hotel with fantastic staff. Highly recommend. It is relatively quiet. The only issue is mildly creaky floors. I only mention this because I know it’s an issue for some travelers.

Amazing

Love this spot!! The room is always extremely clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool was being deep cleaned and this info wasn't available before booking, so we weren't able to use it at all for our stay (which was a main reason we booked this hotel instead of a cheaper BNB). I wish that info could be available in advance or they would take a % off due to main amenities not being available. Otherwise, always a great stay.

This is a great hotel in Bethlehem, just a short drive to Bretton Woods. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for a business trip and was very happy with my stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Brian was able to help with some questions on local transportation companies. Room was spacious, clean, cozy and the mattress was very comfortable. Clean bathroom and nice amenities. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy, but nice to have to start the day with. I will be staying here again in September for another business trip and am looking forward to another nice visit at the hotel.

Check-in was easy. The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast in the morning was good. We will be back.
