Loved this hostel. Great vibe.

That was very bad, they treated us very poorly, i am still very angry and frustrated about it. They didn’t tell us the check out time we arrived too late they took our key and came with us inside of the room to take our belongings. They disnt want to give us a new towel or acces to the bath room to have a shower after the beach. I got into an argument with the very rude lady working there. They treated us like unwelcome dogs. The pool was empty and we had booked there for the pool. No advices or indications to go to the beach. The breakfast ia included but u do it yourself pancakes in old pans that u have to clean yourself. And as breakfast beverages coffee with no sugar no milk. I wouldn’t call that a breakfast. No hot water wifi doesn’t reach your room. And the oldest lady workingg there is probably the rudest i have ever dealt with. We paid 46 at the arrival instead of 42. We had to fix and order our luggage out of the room on the floor . Very disappointed

Insbesondere die nicht besonders saubere Küche hat mir nicht gefallen. Absoluter Minuspunkt ist aber, das im Pool überhaupt kein Wasser war. Der Pool war der Grund, weswegen ich dieses und nicht ein anderes Hostel gebucht habe. Bei den dortigen Temperaturen er das kaum auszuhalten.

Leider sind die früheren guten Bewertungen hinfällig: der Pool war nicht benutzbar, am Boden schwamm eine grünliche übel riechende Lake (dementsprechend Moskito verseucht). Und insgesamt ist alles einfach total heruntergekommen. War aber sicherlich mal toll.

Staff was amenable, free breakfast was nice.

Really a nice hostel with the typical laidback Santa Catalina vibe. Big rooms, and good bed. The garden is really nice with hammocks and couches and the staff is very friendly. Close to the beach and restaurants.

I don't have time... never going back. The place was anything but relaxing.

Es un hotel cerca de varias tiendas de buceo, el desayuno consiste en unas pancakes con sirope, bastante ricas. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. El personal es excelente, y el ambiene muy bueno. Lo único negativo es que no hay agua caliente y a veces se va la luz, pero es lo normal en ese lugar.

The room is very basic. No hot water, no room cleaning, no new towels. Free breakfast is advertised but you have to cook your own breakfast, and the options are limited to pancakes, which would be ok, but I am lactose intolerant. No options were offered. The description is Orbitz is very misleading about the place. The place is not terrible for $30/night but they could match their services to their advertised features.

You arrive and get no help with your bags. The guy at reception is more interested in getting payed. After that, he leads the way carrying only the keys, while you stay behind dragging your belongins. The pool had milky (dirty) water. The breakfast offered was pancakes. Towels full of ink spots so you do not know if they are clean. Bed sheets were brown - probably for the same purpose (no one can tell if they were washed and kept from the earlier client). I stayed 2 nights and my room was not cleaned on the second day. This is a hostel badly run where cleanliness is a problem.

Perfect stay in this clean, friendly and comfortable hostel. Only default : no wifi or shared computers.

Good solid hostal in the middle of town. Clean, friendly staff and has a mini super inside. Would recommend this

Si bien al llegar no obtuvimos la pieza reservada (supuestamente por fallo de internet), tuvimos una muy buen disposición y alternativas para encontrar algo para esa noche. Las otras 3 noches en muy buena pieza (limpia, A/C y baño privado) a un precio y ubicación inmejorable. Ambiente relajado con amplia cocina común cervezas al mismo precio del supermercado y happy hours todos los días. Recomiendo llamar para reservar. PD: Nos dimos cuenta que en las noches llegan de todos los otros lados a pasar un rato en el bar de este hostal!..Buenísimo.

La relacion calidad/precio para ser un hostel es CARA...pensando en que no tiene agua caliente, el desayuno se lo prepara uno mismo y no se puede guardar bebidas en la heladera para que no ocupen lugar y que la zona tiwne problenas electricos y se corta la luz por horas todos los dias. El ligar esta a 500 metros de la playa donde salen las labchas para ir a isla coiba y a 2.5 kilometros de la play estero...que es la playa propiamente dicha para baños o surfear.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gepasst (ich hatte ein privates Zimmer reserviert), und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Das einzige Manko war, dass Wasser nicht zu jeder Zeit verfügbar war, dennoch würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
