I absolutely believe this hotel deserves more than the 2 star rating that it is currently given. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The breakfast needs a special mention…most hotels of this level have dingy breakfast areas. This hotel has an open and beautiful breakfast area with plenty of options. The area itself is very convenient and walkable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Secure, clean, accessible to public transportation, conveniently located, decent breakfast, and helpful staff. Covers all the basics for a work trip.

The hotel was very clean and had an amazing breakfast. There is no parking so you have to valet park but the valets were always ready to park or fetch your vehicle so there were no issues with the parking. The area had some green space which was necessary for my dog.

Great stay.

Love this property. Close to the Xcel(for our event we came here for) and tons of kid friendly dine in options with in walkable distance. The only issue is the parking. There is only Valet parking (~$20) and there is only one parking ramp within .1 miles (special needs families beware need to walk up a block to cross the busy steet to get to the hotel, no parking on site)

I loved how convenient it was, especially since we were attending an event at the Xcel Energy Center. Plenty of dining options within walking distance as well. I didn’t like that we’re wasn’t much parking for people needing to check in. I had to circle the block MANY times before a spot cleared up. Also, I wish they had a regular parking option. Maybe consider a partnership with a nearby public ramp? It’ll then be up to the guests to choose if they want the private hotel ramp with valet service, or if they just choose the other ramp slightly up the road (and it would cost less too). I really didn’t want to pay for valet parking, but that’s the only parking option they had. Other than that, it’s a great hotel - I would stay here again

The hotel staff were HAPPY everyone we ran into were eager to interact and talk the energy they potrayed scream they are treated nice by the mgt team the valet staff were professional happy and joked around

The valet staff were very friendly and on top of things. It was a great first and last impression.

We stayed here to attend a concert. Excellent location and a 2 min walk to the venue. Beautiful hotel and decor. The breakfast was bountiful. Parking is extra, but the valet was great. A lot of dining options in the area that are open late.

Needs some repairs and updating.

Breakfast was better than most. Everything was good except for the loud TV through the connecting room door...until about 3am... and the power window shades did not work. We parked in the ramp behind Holiday Inn across the street.

Both times we were at the front desk for check in and check out, we were clearly inconveniencing the employees. At check out the woman said I would get a receipt emailed and I still haven’t seen that! Waited 45 minutes for my car to be returned to me from the valet service, only to have to ask them to go get it at the 45 minute mark. Then we go outside to the “bad news” they had scraped the entire back half of my vehicle along a yellow barrier of some kind in tbe

Great location when going to a game at the arena.

Literally right across the street from xcel energy center and so many dining options. Staff was amazing.
