The hotel is beautifully designed and has a modern atmosphere, but unfortunately the experience did not justify its premium price.
The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room did not work. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the situation was handled poorly. Instead of taking responsibility and focusing on a solution, the manager was rude and confrontational, which made an already frustrating situation much worse.
There are also some questionable design choices. The bathroom is separated from the room by a glass wall with no practical way to ensure privacy. In addition, the bathroom lights turn on automatically, which can be very disruptive at night when one person uses the bathroom while the other is sleeping.
Cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations, especially in the shower area. Overall, it seemed that the property is not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel in this price category.
Breakfast was inconsistent as well. At different times, various items were missing and were not replenished promptly.
While the hotel certainly looks impressive, it was among the most expensive hotels in Vilnius and, in my opinion, does not offer value that matches its price. I expected a much higher level of service, maintenance, and attention to detail.
