The staff were professional, and always quick to help. We were always greeted with a smile and a ' good morning' that was sincere and kind. The breakfast staff were efficient and so clean and nice to visit with. I want to thank Pam for such a cheerful reservation experience! You really helped us get a great set of rooms!

Excelente ubicación, limpio y cómodo hotel.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Very clean property and rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was sketchy and felt a little unsafe. The hotel is on the main road, residential side streets. There was a homeless gentleman camped out on the sidewalk outside the Mc’Donalds across the street and lots of transient people walking by. Location to Busch Gardens is excellent, short drive. The hotel shuttle to Busch Gardens only runs on the weekend.

Hotel was perfectly located close to entrance of Busch Gardens. Staff was professional and nice. Everything was clean from the lobby to the room. Room was clean and nice cold A/C. Best A/C in a hotel I have been in so far and I have been in many hotels. Only negative thing would be the breakfast, it not having enough food, but that is expected the later you go. Great hotel to stay at overall!

Nice stay for a family vacation to Busch Gardens

The shower didn’t work properly and the blinds did not close so light poured in to the room all night. The beds and pillows were super squishy and uncomfortable. The staff was super nice, the breakfast was good and proximity to the park excellent.

Chegamos cedo para aproveitar o Busch Gardens, o quarto já estava disponível, nós permitiram fazer o early check in sem cobranças adicionais, a recepcionista extremamente educada e gentil. Transporte para o Busch Gardens gratuito, eficiente e com motorista muito prestativo, inclusive nos esperando com água gelada e a van pronta para nos levar de volta ao hotel. Recomendo muito este hotel!!!

Great location and the driver that takes you to the parks was the best. All around great place.

The staff (especially Pam!) were wonderful. Room was clean. There is traffic noise, but watching the fireworks from BG out our window more than made up for it. Unfortunately, they just changed the shuttle schedule from daily to only on the weekend. One of our stays was during the week, so we missed out. The next part of our stay was a Sunday, so we had great service on the shuttle. Only downside for this trip was we had paid for the largest suite that accommodates a cot. I was assured prior to check-in and at check-in it was ready for us. When we got to the room, no cot. We were told somebody must have put the cot in a smaller room, which they aren't supposed to do, which meant they didn't have one for us. We had a couch, so it was a huge issue. We just prefer a cot, and had paid extra for the room that accommodates this.

The shuttle is a big reason why we had picked to return to this hotel. (and do every year) I'm hoping the owner reconsiders this change. (please!) Grateful for a smooth stay overall, and a wonderful team there.
