I reported that the room had issues: the light bulb kept flickering when switched off (we had to remove it to sleep), and the coffee maker did not work. I don’t believe it’s reasonable to arrive at a room and have to deal with these problems. Guests pay and make reservations expecting everything to be in proper working order.
