最初說有限量車位，但去到是沒有車位，自己去找附近停車場，但不算貴。要去其他地方攞鎖匙，也要自己退還鎖匙，因為我們是早機返香港，所以在早上五時多已經要將鎖匙交還給他們，他們一早說是二十四小時辦公、但我去到沒有人及電話沒人接聽，好在我的兒子還留在英國，他下一日退還鎖匙及取回100磅訂金，否則這100磅訂金便沒有了，這是我在英國訂房最差的一次。公寓式酒店裏沒有衣櫃，也沒有衣架
