Sehr freundliches Personal, insgesamt hervorragendes Frühstück sowie Wein am Nachmittag aufs Haus. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war das sehr kleine Zimmer, 2 Koffer waren eigentlich nicht unterzubringen und das Waschbecken außerhalb des Bads direkt neben dem Bett ist schon so eine Sache. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen, eine ruhige Lage hat das Hotel eher nicht (gegenüber hat die Feuerwehr einen Standort) aber dafür ist es eben zentral gelegen.

Hyggelige og hjelpsomme folk i resepsjonen. Rommet stod ikke helt til forventning, men ble kjapt oppgradert ved tilbakemelding. Ryddig service, grei frokost og ikke minst midt i smørøyet i København.

Great hotel in a central location, easy to get around. Didn’t hear any noise even though it’s on a main road. Bubbles with breakfast is always a winner. Good choice of food on offer. Just make sure you let reception know what time you’ll be eating the previous evening as it does get busy at breakfast time and you could end up having to wait 15/20mins. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be booking again next year.

Nice boutique hotel in Central Copenhagen. We had a porch overlooking City Hall. Tivoli Gardens is a block away. You can walk to 90% of the city from this hotel.

Staff was super snarky from check in to check out and I sushi appreciate it. Brought stress into something that should have been a good time. My room had only a fan and was super hot and I couldn’t breathe. The hotel should think about adding individual AC units in the room like every other hotel in Europe. There was no water in the room

The happy hour was a great added bonus. The location was perfect! The rooms are small.

The hotel is larger than it looks from the outside as it is made up of a few different buildings joined together. For some rooms this creates a challenge for anyone with access issues because there are two or three very tall steps to get from the hallways the elevator accesses to the adjoining hallways for many of the rooms. If you cannot manage the tall steps you need to be in rooms numbered _01 to _10 on any floor. All other rooms will required manoeuvring your luggage over these stairs. Our group needed 2 rooms and they gave us rooms on different floors and sections of the hotel rather than near each other. Some of the rooms have wet showers, so if you have concerns about slipping in the bathroom, you will want to make sure to put in a request to avoid these rooms.

Hotel in ottima posizione centrale, di fronte al bellissimo parco di Tivoli e a pochi metri dai mezzi pubblici. Carina la colazione organica, e la hall di design. Gentile il personale alle colazioni. Bagno piccolo senza box doccia con tenda della doccia quasi sopra al water e water incrostato. Da migliorare pulizia degli spazi comuni e manutenzione.

Warm and relaxed hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast team particularly helpful. Breakfast decent, bar warm and welcoming. Housekeeping good, room always clean. Good location for exploring, close to Metro station too.

We had no issues during our visit. However, the bed had a metal frame around it which someone had pulled from the wall a little bit. This was fortunate as it meant I could pug in my adapter into the socket. The socked was directly behind the bed frame. Although it was a double socket I could only use one of them which meant the bedside light had to be turned off. The bathroom was very small. So much so the sink was in the corner of the bedroom. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The staff were helpful and the hotel provided free drinks at happy hour and night cap. The breakfast was GREAT!
