Perfect location, and staff!!!!

Súper cómodo y confortable hotel Nos encantó, agua bastante caliente en la ducha, la calefacción perfecta en la recámara, y tú puedes regularla, la habitación linda, amplia y muy cómoda, silenciosa, el desayuno bueno, con algunos por ductos artesanales como el yogurt y mermeladas! Volveríamos a elegirlo Recomendado!

El Puma was an excellent stay for our adventures around El Chalten. The room was comfortable, food was delicious, and staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to relax after a long day of hiking. Georgina was very friendly, attentive and we really appreciated all her advice on hikes and restaurants.

It showed a price of $743.79 when I booked, but I was actually charged $823.81 at check-in. They blamed it on the exchange rate, but this didn't happen with any of my other bookings in Argentina.

This was much greater than I could have asked for. Every service was top notch. I’d gladly stay at El Puma again!

Todo excelente con el hotel, en especial las personas que nos atendieron a quienes les agradezco todo el apoyo. Tuve un problema con la forma de pago y me ayudaron en todo momento a solucionarlo. Nicolas y su equipo muy amables y siempre atentos y en la mejor disposición. Sin dudarlo me hospedaría de nueva cuenta.

The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful and sometimes rude. The two women working the front desk seemed annoyed whenever we asked them simple questions. They also charged us more than what we booked for. They said it was the law and that we’d get a refund on our credit card but it hasn’t worked like that at any other hotel in Argentina. The hotel is clean / located in a good spot. After walking around El Chalten and seeing other hotels / hostels, I wish I had gone with a more affordable option because everything in town was pretty comparable in quality.

Perfect stay - beautifully appointed and comfortable rooms, delicious boxed lunch, and kind, warm service all around!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was great as well. We particularly loved the staff who was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Happy to stay again

This was a great property just off the main street - very walkable to the main hiking trails. The Premium room was brand new with modern furnishings and was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Everything at El Puma exceeded my expectations. The room was amazing, felt brand new. The staff were very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend El Puma.
