Everything ok, except for the attention in the front desk from the guy name Mario so rude, so unhelpful and unprofessional

We like this hotel and the location. Breakfast is included. Limited choices, but the food is very good. The staff is helpful and cheerful. The rooms are spacious and we enjoy the patio that looks over the pool area. We've stayed here before and were looking forward to our visit. Our only complaint is the noise. The pool is nice to hang out, but the music was too loud. There were only about 6 of us at the pool the entire time of our stay, but the music was blaring. We had to ask them to turn it down twice, they'd turn it down, then gradually turn it back up. Also, this visit we could hear more music around the hotel until early morning hours. There are several more bars and restaurants in the area than the last time we visited. I suspect that's where the music was coming from.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. And a great location. Matias is very helpful and is always there in the lobby or around the property!

The general manager was very rude, we were a big group of about 15 and could not help us or want to work with us. His service towards us was very rude and we tried talking to him and he did not even pay attention to us. The environment created by the manager was hostile and he could not validate what we had paid for..

The only problem is the beds are hard. I haven't found a place yet where they weren't except for a resort.

Overall great stay! Location is in a perfect central location. Mathias was very helpful. Room: Very Spacious! Breakfast: It was good, I wish it had some more options.

Todo muy bien a excepción de la persona que nos recibió, no sabe hablar muy bien el español. Y el agua de la regadera salía por todos lados, no muy cómoda para bañarse

Personal atento y desayuno bueno pero cuando llegue la habitación que me dieron no funcionaba el control del aire acondicionado, la televisión estaba desprogramada y no pudo comunicarme a recepción porque el teléfono no estaba programado para poder llamar a recepción de acuerdo a los botones del teléfono. Me cambiaron de habitación y la nueva no tenía toallas para poder bañarme. Las pusieron hasta el siguiente día….

I've always like staying here because it's not overpriced it's not too far from the beach. They offer you a complementary drink which is really tasty at their small sports bar/restaurant. They also own the gym in that shopping center which they give you full access to definitely a big plus. There are things close by. Didn't use the pool but it looks like it would be refreshing. Overall would stay here again and recommend it if you're trying to save some money and still have a nice time

Me gusta mucho vibe de la zona Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor y está muy cerca de la Marina El desayuno es a la carta y esta vez me tocó un día con buffet también Los cuartos están de muy buen tamaño , pero no me encantan, se escucha mucho ruido de otros pisos o al exterior El gimnasio está muy bien también
