The place is so cute and the customer service is amazing. The staff is so welcoming and always available to help. The location could not be any better, cafe bars restaurant right outside the door. Close to all public transportation and walking distance to notre dame and louvre. Absolutely loved it.

Literallly not enough room for luggage. No curtains on shower window to street. No space to move. Not suitable for anything other than backpacker. Major fire in block behind meant air quality was very poor (not fault of property).

The staff at the Snob hotel were so friendly, helpful and spoke wonderful English. This certainly helped us Aussies speaking hardly any French. Location is spot on.

Anthony the guy that works at the reception, he is awesome, very kind, he help us a lot to get around, give us all king of info so we could enjoy better our stay!!!

Prime location in the middle of a strip of shops and restaurants. Hotel filled with amicable and helpful staff. Very beautiful decor.

Fascinating neighborhood, but sub average room. Great area to stay in Paris, Le Marais is one of the most exciting neighborhoods for the restaurants, night life and proximity to the public transport. Once you're at Chatelet, don't get confused, because you can get anywhere! Very easy to get to and from both airports. Orly and Charles de Gaule are both accessible by the RER at Chatelet! About the room: very small, barely any space to get around the bed and go to the washroom. Very depressing balcony/view if you stay in 201. Lack of a fridge in the room is upsetting too. On the upside, the amenities include a filtered water bottle in the room (you can get more in the lobby and it gets refilled on room service), nescafe, some teas, and a kettle. In the bathroom, I was happy to see some very nice soaps and shampoos by L'Occitane. Also the breakfast at this place is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go to a nice cafe like Bo&Mie instead.

The room its self was small and comfortable and the soundproofing was great . There were a couple of items in the room which were damaged and the walls looked like they needed painting. On reporting the items. I felt the receptionist/manager was suspicious of me as she’d asked what I had done . A deposit on arrival had been taken from my account which I hadn’t been aware of .Grateful to Expedia for reassuring me I wouldn’t be charged . There were some nice staff members. It definitely wasnt my best experience in Paris which I visit often. Snob is quite fitting as a name .

Right in the middle of a very busy area

Super hotel lige midt på en hyggelig gågade og tæt på Notre Dame og Louvre. Små fejl med rengøring. Vi havde bedt om 2 dyner,,det fik vi først efter at have rykket på 2. dagen. Første dags rengøring, fik vi ikke håndklæder og ikke wc papir, trods rykker og at vi måtte lede sammen med receptionisten i stedet for at de selv fixede det. Dag 2 forsvandt en af vores fyldte vandflasker efter rengøring af værelser. Kortlæseren til indgang til hotellet virkede ikke, så man skulle lukkes ind med ventetid.

This Hotel is FANTASTIC!!! It is in a great location for transport links (Disney and Airports) and walking distance for attractions in Paris. The staff are great too. So friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and have amazing Air con!!!! The room we were in was quiet the bed was super comfortable and we had great sleep during our stay! I cant recommend this Hotel eniugh!!

Great little hotel in central Paris, close to the Notre Dame and the Louvre.

Great welcome by friendly and efficient young woman on front desk. Kettle with coffee &tea in room. Comfy bed , great soundproofing. Shower was hot and powerful. Occitaine shower gel, shampoo and body lotion provided. There is a safe in the small wardrobe. Only disappointment was the lack of drawer space. The bedside tables and dressing table looked to have drawers but they were just cosmetic and did not open. If you are travelling light and only staying a night it’s manageable but for a longer stay with more cases / clothes it becomes awkward. I suggest a shelf unit be put in corner of bathroom as there are only two drawers under sink to store personal make up and toiletries. A mirror in the actual bedroom would be useful ( there are 3 in the bathroom. We paid (3pm) check out and this was arranged. The location was great for accessing bars and restaurants. Less than 5 min walk from Metro M4 / RER.

Litet och mysigt hotell med väldigt bra service och trevlig, engelsktalande personal. Rummet var i minsta laget (man fick gå sidledes för att ta sig förbi sängen till badrummet), men rent och med stor dusch och charmig inredning. Väldigt tyst och lugnt (vi hade rum mot innergård). Möjlighet att koppla upp sin smarttelefon till tv:n, väldigt praktiskt! Frukosten var god och kändes genuint fransk, men lite tråkigt att det serverades samma sak varje dag, hade varit trevligt att ha några alternativ att välja mellan. Bra läge, bara ett par minuter från Châtelet les Halles med goda kommunikationer shopping och många restauranger. Gångavstånd till Notre Dame och Louvren. Rekommenderas varmt!

Very nice and friendly staff overall — especially welcoming for French-speaking guests. My room was cleaned daily and kept in great condition. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of good food options nearby. One small suggestion: it would be nice to include basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. Also, while the staff were lovely, the manager seemed a bit stressed — a more relaxed approach would make the atmosphere even better.
