This property is over priced for the type of accommodation. Our room had multiple things wrong. 1. The bathroom smelled like sewer. 2. The room was impregnated with fabreeze (most likely because of the sewer smel) 3. The tv was not working. The staff had to come tonight room to set it up. 4. The automated texting gave us the wrong time for the breakfast schedule. We got there too late. When I showed the front desk, they just shrugged it off and said the text message was wrong.

We arrived on 7/14 stayed until 7/18 . One room the air conditioner ran so loud we couldn’t hear each other . Asked twice to have it looked at . No one available either days . Poor staffing , but very friendly.Outside seating area was in disarray damaged and dirty . Top floor on the back side has two HUGE hornet nest on is attached to the actual window of the room . Expedia stated there was an outdoor pool that in fact was not true . Our overall stay was relatively basic and clean for the most part . I will however never book through Expedia again. As I was charged astronomical third party fees . We went to Saratoga for a concert . We are older women and I expected to be treated as such . Maybe that’s a compliment . My suggestion is that the CEO needs to pop in and catch what staff you do have doing something right . I believe they are doing their best with what little staff they have to work . And take care of the outside as well as the inside with both kept in mind . Had I pulled in the back and saw the hornet nests I would have never stayed . Breakfast needs to go until 9:30-10:00 am it’s not accommodating to all guests. Other than those fixable items we enjoyed our stay and had fun !

The online check-in was easy. The front desk was very friendly. The room was clean-ish. It was a little beat up with odd dirty hand prints on the wall and first around the light switches. However, it smelled quite pungent with the aroma of a group of old ladies that just received a perm. The worst part is; I was charged for the 2 night stay upon arrival. But, then I was also hit with a $322 hold on my card for what the front desk said was “sometimes they charge for the day in addition to the stay, but it should come off” I will NOT be staying at any La Quinta properties in the future.

The hot tub was not working

Sehr gutes hotel, relativ große Zimmer, gut erhalten. Nur die Zimmer haben stark nach Reinigungsmittel gestunken und das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen.

Great place convenient location for work in the area

When on a business trip in the area this is my go to. Large rooms work space quiet setting and comfortable bed. The location is ideal as many stores restaurants and conveniences are within driving distance. A good place to unwind after a long day.

Just an ok hotel - no gluten free breakfast options, they said they had GF waffle batter but did not have a dedicated GF waffle maker - slipped in shower reaching for towel causing bruise to foot and shin - very little interaction from management to customers- housekeeping staff was very interactive and friendly

Very nice hotel. Just minutes from the Northway and several restaurants you could walk to.

This is a typical chain hotel with no surprises. The facility is clean and well maintained.

Room was clean. Relatively quiet. My room had an air conditioner that rattled all night. Shower door was a bit awkward. It opened at the wrong end. There was no way to turn the water on without getting wet.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of options for room selection and food nearby. Definitely could have been cleaner, especially the carpeting, both in the rooms and in the hallway

Second stay at La Quinta in a month and would not go back. The beds and pillows were not comfortable and the room looked very worn out. I reserved an accessible room but they did not have it. The front desk was very nice but gave us a room where the tub was mildewed. The safety lock was broken. We were moved to a second room I. Which had broken bathroom fixtures. I did not go back to change rooms again. House keeping never came the second day and when they came the next day the beds were super lumpy. The foodservice people were pretty good and the front desk polite but unless a company supports its staff they will get bad reviews.

It is a great newer hotel, reasonably priced and convenient for our needs. The room was large with couch and seating area and 2 televisions. The televisions are a little quirky as they are web based. The hot tub was not warm and the pool was murky and uninviting. The morning breakfast is typical of most mid priced hotels, some form of eggs, waffles,, cereal, etc. Overall, I will stay here again.
