It is a family owned property and converted to a hotel, they have 11 rooms with a private bathroom for each room and a common breakfast area. The family is highly taken care of their property and provide a home made delicious and fresh breakfast.Also, they provided me with a complimentary ticket to Dar El Annabi Museum at Sidi Bosaeeed. Just, be prepared as they only accept cash payments (no credit cards)

Staying at Dar Ennassim was an excellent experience - modern amenities in a beautiful, well-located property with incredibly kind and welcoming hosts and staff. I look forward to returning and fully recommend this for accommodations in Tunis.

If we could give Dar Ennassim more stars, we would. This is an exquisite gem in La Marsa. Gracious hosts provide delicious breakfasts and helpful suggestions. Shopping and dining within walking distance. All rooms are unique, well appointed and spotless.Interior is worthy of a museum, exterior views are beautiful. HIGHLY recommend!

Staff was very friendly. Pool was very nice.Walking distance to the beach(like 15 min). Water pressure in the shower was bad. Also not a fan that they put out stuff for breakfast outside for quite a long time in the heat (like yoghurt, juice etc) But all in all I would recommend this place.

Il ne s'agit pas seulement d'un hébergement, il s'agit de l'histoire d'un lieu, d'une famille qui le gère et porte cette culture locale. La famille qui assure le bon fonctionnement du lieu, leurs salariés sont au petits soins des clients. Un conseil : ne pas hesiter à demander un avis sur les endroits que vous souhaitez visiter, vous aurez bien entendu les connaissances du lieu, et surtout son histoire...

Une maison magnifique (quelle déco !!), un grand confort, et surtout un accueil exceptionnel Rien à dire, c’est magique !!

Mon séjour était parfait. Taieb est un hôte dévoué, gentil et disponible. La maison est dans un jolie quartier avec tous les commerces autour. La maison de Taieb fait partie des plus belles maisons que j’ai vu dans ma vie, tout est bien décoré, propre. Le déjeuné était délicieux. Nous avons aussi visité la deuxième maison des hôtes qui en vaut le détour. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement vous ne serez pas déçu. Merci encore !

Absolutely spectacular boutique hotel. So beautiful and lovingly restored by the owner. We felt so comfortable and welcome staying here. Easily walkable to Sidi bou said and la Marsa beach, lots of restaurant options nearby, and we also walked to Carthage which was incredible. Taieb helped us with restaurant reservations and taxis and recommendations. Breakfast was delicious. A true gem I will recommend to all my friends.

This may well be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Taïeb is a wonderful person, who went out of his way to help make our stay perfect. From helping us to find restaurants and book day trips (ask for Mr Noureddine, by the way), to coming in on his evening off to make us a packed breakfast, when I mentioned we would be checking out early the next day, nothing was too much trouble for him. Sonia's cooking is fantastic, breakfast is a real highlight. The stories behind the house are fascinating, and don't miss out on the chance to visit their family home in Sidi Bou Said. We look forward to coming back!

What an absolutely stunning hotel, transforms you to a magical error or Tunisian history yet with top class comfort, and facilities. The staff were incredible, the stay, bed, room very comfortable. Homemade treats for breakfast were a delight. My only regret is that it was a short trip- I will definitely be back at Dar Ennasim. Thank you

Es ist eine hervorragende Boutique Hotel. Ich habe mich in einem Palace gefühlt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Der Inhaber war sehr nett sehr hilfsbereit Frühstück war sehr gut. Ich werde versuchen beim nächste Reise noch mal da übernachten. Danke Tayyip
