Es un hotel pequeño. Decorado con muy buen gusto. La habitación que nos dieron, tipo suite para los 4 ( mi esposo, yo y mis dos hijos) muy linda y grande. Excelente tamaño . El único pero: el baño, excesivamente pequeño y mas aún para 4 personas, no hay ninguna pequeña tarima para poner las cosas de baño y además la regadera, solo tiene medio cancel y un el baño se moja por completo cuando alguien se ducha, por muy cuidadoso que seas. El hotel tiene al entrar, una pequeña cafetería, que te hace un pequeño descuento por hospedarte allí está muy bien, el desayuno excelente! El hotel no está en una zona turística, pero en una caminata de aproximadamente 20 minutos, estas en Paseo de Gracia, Rambla Cataluña o Banco de España.

We loved our stay here. We were only in for one night but wow, was it special. The hotel receptionist was very sweet and helpful. The room itself blew our mind. The location is absolutely fabulous. The only warning I would get travelers is that there is a park next-door that was pretty loud during our stay. It was not enough to ruin all of the other great things about the hotel. I would still recommend it unless noise is an issue for you

Everything abou this property was ideal for a couple wanting to go out and sight see.it is a bit small but its efficient. The staff were great and their coffee shop down staris was great.

호텔 주변 마트나 식당이 많고 편해요. 시설은 깔끔하고 조용해요. 2시간 정도 일찍 도착했는데, 방을 준비해줘서 바로 체크인 가능했어요.

We had a lovely stay at Pillow Hotel and would happily recommend it to others visiting Barcelona. A special thank you to Noreen, who was incredibly helpful during check-in. She even assisted me with interpreting a phone call when I was trying to organise tickets for the Sagrada Família, which was greatly appreciated. We also tried several of the restaurant recommendations she suggested, and every one was excellent. The seafood paella we enjoyed along the beach was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our trip. The room was clean and well maintained. We appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided on arrival, which was a nice touch after a day of travelling. The room itself is quite small, and our “double bed” was actually two single beds pushed together. However, the housekeeping team does such an incredible job making the beds each day that it almost feels like sleeping in two cosy sleeping bags. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and we slept extremely well throughout our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential during the hot weather. We also loved the trendy café downstairs and particularly enjoyed the breakfast menu each morning. The location is slightly further from some of Barcelona’s main attractions, but there is a train station nearby, making it very easy and convenient to get around. The street itself is quiet, safe, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing.

Goede ligging, fijne bedden. Perfect voor een paar dagen Barcelona. Leuke buurt, veilig ook 's avonds. De douche werkte wat minder goed, maar verder was alles goed. Schoon, behalve onder het bed, veel stof.

Great location in Barcelona neighborhood. Quick public transport or can walk to most places. Taxis more than plentiful and reasonably priced and reliable. Delightful bakery at front of property (walk through it, or separate side entrance to enter hotel.) And a 10% discount at the bakery for patrons of the hotel! Super helpful and delightful staff. Do not let the modest entrance fool you— the hotel is super clean, very convenient, and excellent value. If I’m ever lucky enough to return to Barcelona (a city I’ve fallen in love with), I will definitely stay here. And I will recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful location, close to train and bus routes. In walking distance from the major sites an easy distance to walk to them as well. The staff are super helpful and have are able to communicate in a variety of languages. The loft apartment was spacious enough for 3. The beds were comfortable and the coffee shop downstairs is an extra perk!! Will recommend staying

Das Hotel hat die perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip! In nur wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die U-Bahn Station, welche einen in 5-10 min mitten in die Innenstadt bringt. Trotz der guten Anbindung, ist es nachts ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es hatte alles was man braucht. Ebenfalls sehr freundliches Personal.

Chambre très petite, insonorisation inexistante, rideaux pas opaques. On se serait dans une auberge de jeunesse.
