Tres bon petit dej hôtel charmant joli restaurant

Unfortunately the bar was closed being Sunday. Lovely little restaurant bar over the road. The evening staff member was excellent he ordered an airport transfer for us and went out of his way to look after us. Great stay thanks

Overall great hotel - good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. However, do not stay on the top floor (7). It is INCREDIBLY noisy with noises from the restaurant on the top of the hotel, noises from the elevator, mystery noises in the walls ...

I had a wonderful stay in Chile because of the staff at this hotel. They let me check my bags early so I could look around the city til my room was ready. The room was spacious and comfortable the bed was extremely so. The staff provided maps and one even walked me to a pickup site. The hotel is nearly many sites to see and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

This was a lovely little boutique hotel near many attractions. The staff there was super helpful to me holding bags, directions one even escorted me to a bus stop. They arranged cabs etc. the room as spacious and comfortable. If I had anything I would change it would be a little more variety in the hot breakfast besides eggs maybe something like waffles? But on the whole a wonderful relaxing stay. I highly recommend them.

I love smaller hotels like this. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice, bed is super. Bar on the top floor is a plus. Free bottle of wine is a nice touch from a wine hotel. I was in and out of this hotel three times during our Chile trip as base in Santiago. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in the heart of the city

Close to restaurants and cable car was walking distance away. Hotel roof bar and restaurant was great and convenient. Room was big enough for the two of us and 5 pieces of luggage. The breakfast buffet was good and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is the excellent location to explore Santiago. Walking distance to main city attractions including Plaza the Armas, National Museum of Bella Artes, San Francisco Church and Santa Lucia hill. The roof bar and restaurant is also great.
