La chambre était très bien agencée. De style Nordic moderne. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est assez bien placé dans la ville de Ballstad qui est une ville de pêche active.

Nous avons passés une très bonne nuit. Chambre moderne et spacieuse. Retrait des clés rapide. Sauna très agréable et petit déjeuner très apprécié avec une belle variété d’aliments. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel ! Juste pour info : il y avait une odeur de nourriture désagréable dans le couloir (nous étions au dessus du restaurant). Peut être faudrait-il mettre une diffuseur de parfum afin d’atténuer ces odeurs ?

The apartment was perfect! We received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom. Beds are soft, the bathroom is huge, all kitchen amenities are available, except for seasonings.

Very nice casual hotel. Very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. Great views from room of the water, marina.

The area is very remote, with no nearby restaurants that are open for lunch during non-summer season. You will have to drive to Leknes or another town for lunch. The hotel has breakfast and dinner. The manager was very friendly but the female staff who checked us in was unfriendly and borderline rude. The room is super hot and the thermostat did not function properly. It was preset and did not lower the temperature when we used the thermostat to lower the temperature. The facility was understaffed. The front desk was often empty without anyone (only one person) and there is no phone from the room to call the front desk, fyi. Positives: The room was spacious, and there was free parking on site, which is great. They have laundry service for $20 per bag, but they forgot to run our laundry so we couldn’t get our clothes at the end of the day (usually they run it in the morning and pick up in the afternoon). The jacuzzi they advertise needs to be reserved and paid ahead of time.

The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Food was nice. Area was nice. Room was quiet. Shower was very good

Excellent séjour au bord de l'eau, chambre (suite) parfaite avec tres belle vue. Tres bon petit déjeuner. Cependant le restaurant est très cher pour dîner, ainsi que la recharge pour véhicule électrique qui depasse largement les prix pratiqués dans les stations.

Our stay was perfect. The room was cozy and well designed. The sauna was an added perk. Dinner at the restaurant downstairs was superb. We will definitely be back.

Overall a great experience. We stayed in the apartment rooms. They seemed to be newly renovated with a fair amount of amenities.

Fantastic property. Has a great spot overlooking one of the little inlets of the harbor. Nice and quiet. Staff are very lovely. Room was very spacious in the deluxe room. Would definitely stay here again.

Bra hotell med sköna sängar. Frukosten var mycket bra och vi fick en frukostbox med oss då vi åkte tidigt sista dagen. Ingen städning under vistelsen, vilket kan vara bra att veta. Vi åt på restaurangen en kväll och det var både gott och bra service. Dock upplevde vi att det var lite stressigt.

Fantastiskt läge! Har aldrig bott så vackert någonannanstans. Fint, fräscht hus och sköna sängar. Topp 10!!

Vi bodde i veldig koselig rorbu nr 1. Terrasse mot sjøen og jacuzzi på terrassen. 3 soverom med 2 bad. Frokost og renhold ikke inkl i pris fra Hotell.com. Vi spiste middag der, men det ble en dårlig erfaring da vi venta omtrent 1,5 t på maten og da Bacalaoen ble servert, var den veldig god, men krydret så mye at den nesten ikke kunne spises. Ellers et veldig koselig sted. Vi var der for 4 år siden og likte oss godt da.
