Otel görevlileri ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Odalar iyi durumda ve yeniydi. Konumu çok merkezi olduğundan çok rahat gezdik.

hotel is in 4th floor of a building. The room we reserved was really small, and toilet was very close to bed. Overall it was ok and the location is fantastic.

I have stayed in over 20 hotels in the past two years and have not experienced the exceptional degree of hospitality and warm welcome that the Dominic offered. Every single member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay the perfect experience.

The hotel was so cute. They upgraded us upon arrival and the room was clean, had great amenities and the staff were super nice and helpful. The location was perfect. The only downside for me was the bed was a bit lumpy, my husband was ok with it but it was difficult for me to get comfortable. Overall though it was a great experience.

Bina dışarıdan eski olmakla birlikte 4. Kata gelince bir vahaya gelmiş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Son derece güzel bir dekorasyon, kaliteli malzeme vs. Çok ilgili personel. Gerçek oda, görsellerden de daha iyi. Odamızı upgrade ettiler. Biz de bu beğeni ile bir gece daha konaklamamızı uzattık. Kahvaltı yok. Konum harika ötesi. Aşağıya inince şehrin kalbindesin, yemek içme mekanlarının tamamı otelin altında. Ye, iç, gez yukarı çık dinlen devam et. Fiyat performans çok iyi.

This property was in a great location, right on Obilicev Venac. You could park in the Obilicev Veac parking garage and walk to the property. The rooms were updated and modern. However, there are several things that were awful for us. There is limited signage for this property as it isn't a real hotel. It is located in an apartment building where there are private apartments. The property is on the 4th floor of the building and you have to either walk up 6 flights of stairs to get there or take a 100 year old elevator that doesnt have a door. On the 2nd day of our stay, my 14-year-old daughter was using the bathroom. She flushed the toilet and walked out and about 30 seconds later, the ceiling over the toilet crashed down and water was shooting out from the pipes. This could have killed her if she was still in the bathroom! I have photos and videos of the damage. There is no maintenance person on site. There was only a receptionist, who did the best she could to call for help. My husband had to end up risking his life by pushing into the bathroom and turning off the water valve. We didn't know if there was an electricity on or not. This hotel didn't even offer a refund for our stay. They said "Oh it isn't our fault it is the building's fault." This is ridiculous. I would never stay here or at any of their sister propoerties again. They are not safe, they leave the entrance doors open for anyone to enter, and they aren't even a real hotel.

The property did not look as nice as in the pictures. Air conditioner was not comfortable. In a great location right by plenty of restaurants.

Amazing location in the middle of everything... Rooms are nicely decorated and clean and the staff Andrea and Marija where extremely helpful with advice on things to do and see in the city.

Our room was big, clean and comfy. Location was perfect. Everything is near. The service was a 10/10. Marija was so helpful with every request we had. She also gave us advice for restaurants etc. We will definitely come back :D

Das Personal ist TOP, insbesondere Jelena. Sie hatte uns an der Rezeption empfangen, uns die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch öffentlichen Verkehrsmöglichkeiten erklärt. Die Lage ist fantastisch und man ist mitten im Geschehen und Trubel der Stadt. Was die Sauberkeit angeht, enstpricht diese den Landestypischen Gegebenheiten mit Luft nach oben. Alles in allem eine 8 von 10.

Ingen bra upplevelse för mig tyvärr, fanns ej schampo på rummet när jag checka in fick vänta ett dygn då det ej är personal på kvällarna där, handfat fel på kranen så vatten spruta överallt, duschen likaså läckte så strålar olika håll o besvärligt att duscha. Ingen frukost e okej, men pinsamt ta betalt för kaffekapslar o en flaska vatten som stod framme utan info om att det kostar (man ta för givet det ingår då)
