I love this hotel, highly recommended

We were given wrong room without balcony. Very noisy. The sharp plastic bed frame cut our leg and sent us to the ER. Restaurant staff poor. Upper view deck was wonderful.

Staff were helpful, professional & kind. Our room was clean & comfortable. Air condition ing was great for comfortable sleeping & cooling off on hot days! Our room was by the stairs which could get noisy at times! Keep in mind if you need quiet peaceful reading time.

Tiny room, leak in bathroom, poor lighting options, over-priced

Loved the roof balcony overlooking the harbor. Andvthe access to beach and shops.

Chose a room with a partial ocean view with my family and they somehow tried to give me a lesser quality room. Then the lady said call them directly if I needed specifics. I then responded “What the hell is hotels.com for?” You deal with them right? That’s why I went through them in the first place. To make this seamless. The problem is you have been working at this hotel for so long that you forget there are guests who just want what they said they were getting (3rd party or not). Then on top of that you say “oh we don’t normally allow babies because of a fire code or something, you should’ve let us know about that) I’m sry but you don’t get to delegate how we travel with our baby. Then you proceed to put a 5 person family in the same room that we switched from. Would’ve given 10 stars if it wasn’t for the fake smile and disingenuous facade from the staff. If you all hate customer service, why are you there in the first place? You actually live in paradise! Maybe act like it. Will definitely look elsewhere next time.

I liked the location. I didn’t like that I could hear everything in the neighboring rooms and every footstep of the people above me.

It was a great place for our one night stay. They had bikes we could borrow and go explore. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We did not want to leave the hotel and island at all. I like that we were far enough from the busy area but close enough to the water to wave the cruise ships goodbye!

Hotel is a great location at the end of the main strip. Clean. Updated. Staff was ok. The food onsite was ok. For price point and cleanliness we would stay again. However, Catalina lacks quality food overall so it will be awhile before we go back.

This hotel was a 10/10! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a hotel to stay at in Catalina. The staff was extremely friendly! You get complimentary bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and even a welcome drink from the bar! It’s right by all the stores and restaurants. Planning to come back soon!
