There is nothing to like about this place! Staff, including the valet service were totally professional! Little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for! Would go here again.

Even though we got our room a little over an hour after the check in time, and the staff wasn’t really very helpful… we enjoyed our stay there. Walkable to many restaurants, and the hotel bar was a SUPER PLUS. the bartenders were not just making drinks for us but they were kind and nice, and so friendly. They made our stay memorable.

Very nice stay walked to downtown music and restaurants. Room was beautiful and comfortable. No option for self parking, valet only.

I really appreciate the extras that this property offers guests such as bagged iced on each floor, snacks, and complimentary drinks. Lovely property. Would stay there again.

We had a hard time parking in the only handicapped parking spot because they had all their broken equipment in the lines next to car. We told the front desk andwas completely dismissive. They front valet is quite ridiculous and when cars come in both ways you can't move. The attendant was nice but we didn’t use valet because it just takes too long to get out. I dont want to feel rushed and last time we stayed, I felt the attendants inpatient attitude.

The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The hotel is close to everything you need to get into in downtown Boise. The bed and bedding were very comfy.
