Host Georg met us on our arrival at Karawatha Cottages. Our cottage was immaculate inside and out. The decor was bery tasteful and there were lots of little touches that elevated it above the norm. The fridge was filled with milk water, tomatoes, yoghurt, eggs bacon, butter and jam. Fresh bread, granola, fruit, chocolate and a bottle of local wine was also provided.

Had a fantastic two night stay with wonderful hosts in a gorgeous setting. Loved the cottage - we will be back!

Clean, Cosy and Comfortable space. Brilliant location to explore Mclaren Vale; lots of excellent options for wine and dine.

Everything was fantastic! Host were great and property was beautifully finished. Pillows were very soft. A firmer option would have been have great.

Cleanliness was outstandingly good, as was the location in proximity to several good wineries. The only negative, and very minor, was no guest laundry facilities. Otherwise, friendly service with a "nothing's too much trouble" attitude was outstandingly good.

We stayed in the “unwind” cottage which is one of the three beautiful cottages which were completed last year. It is well designed, modern and stylish. There is a patio outside the sitting room which oversees the beautiful vineyards. The pine trees forest at the back of the bedroom is breathtaking. We were warmly greeted by George, the owner of the property when we arrived. He runs the property with passion and everything is sparkling clean and tidy! The breakfast provision was also ample! We had a great time staying in the very cozy cottage!

Would highly recommend these cottages. We stayed in Ponder Cottage - beautifully decorated with everything you need. An easy drive to all the main vineyards and an even easier walk to 5 cellar doors and two great places to eat. We will be back!

If you want location, brand new cottages, quality fittings, beautiful breakfast hamper, incredibly professional and friendly hosts/owners vineyards at your finger tips ... then you can not go wrong with Karawatha. Can not fault 1 single thing. Thank you Karawatha Cottages.

Thank you for a memorable wedding weekend. We enjoyed your pristine cottages, as did our guests. They had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend - in an absolutely stunning location! Next time, we will book out all three and recommend anyone getting married to do the same. Looking forward to returning for our paper anniversary weekend away in McLaren Vale with friends.

Great location in McLaren Vale. Cottage kitchen very well equipped. Hosts just fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. Can't fault this place at all and we are looking forward to coming back.

Had a relaxing few days at the "unwind" cottage. Owners were very helpful in giving us ideas and help around the place as this was our first time in Mclaren Vale. So much to see close by our cottage. View was unbelievable. Can't wait to stay there again.

What a lovely new establishment, however runs like a seasoned accommodation. The owners were very accommodating. The cottages have all the necessary amenities and then some! Its a quiet getaway but has superb quality wineries just down the road.
