I would have like the pool and hot tub working

The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. The bath tub was dirty. Looked like bits of soap and hair in it.

Poor services, room wasn’t clean, garbage wasn’t taken out.

Kind and helpful at front desk , there was a major snow fall and they cleared out a lot of snow off the parking lot in the morning , room was nice and cozy

The bed was super comfy and the staff were great. The pool was very cold but my daughter loved it :)

The slide didn’t work at the hotel, but we loved the pool and hot tub. The restaurant had very yummy food. We will definitely be staying there again.

We love the clean rooms!

The staff was fantastic. No fault of his, but the Inn is outdated. It would need a huge renovation to bring it back from where is at.

Stinky

Not the worst hotel I've stayed at, but certainly not the best. Room was not clean, nor appealing. If you like the 90s outdated look, cement walls & tubs without a stopper, stay here.

I decided to take my children to Peace River as they had never been there before. We chose to stay at BCMInns due to it having a pool. My kids & I were not disappointed. The customer service was fantastic and helped in whatever way we needed. The rooms are a bit dated, and the exterior was a little dirty. But overall we loved our stay there and would love to stay again in the future.

The room is untouched since 1960 or ‘70’s. Weird to have the bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. Pool was gross and smelled like toe fungus. Clearly many tenants and few tourists….

Overall experience was good. Bathroom had some areas of not so clean. Grouting on tub wall and rim of toilet. Staff were great.
