Struttura di pregio con stanze rinnovate. Purtroppo l’orario della colazione era limitato dalla presenza degli alpini in struttura. Zona caratteristica nei vicoli, tuttavia con qualche apprensione per la sicurezza personale.

Well located in the historic center. Close to main attractions. Staff were helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good.

Clean room with helpful staff. Also the building is a historical architecture and beautiful. Quite accessible to major places surrounded by cafes and stores.

Hotel Palazzo Grillo is an incredibly well appointed property with very well thought out facilities and amenities. However, what sets it apart as the premier hotel not only in Genoa but arguably in a global context is the genuine albeit without obsequious hospitality from the staff across the board. Greta in particular stands out as a true exemplar of Genovese charm, kindness and genuine friendliness. Counting the days already until my next reservation at Hotel Palazzo Grillo

Great location in the old part of town.

Everything was great. The only issue was that we tried to order two glasses of wine from the bar next door and they said we could carry them to our room but then they wanted to charge us the room service price. Carrying drinks from the bar to our room was not actually room service so I feel like they were trying to get more money out of us unnecessarily. So we purchased wine at a store elsewhere. Otherwise everything was great.

Nice hotel, clean, great location and friendly staff. We stayed in a dulux suite with a ‘city view’ which was a bit cheeky as the ‘view’ was basically a wall with a dead pigeon on it! The location though was impeccable - you can walk anywhere in under 20 mins
