Old property and being next to bus and train station, very busy traffic. If you are traveling by bus or train it’s ok.

Worst hotel

A/c fixed on cold, had to shut off for warmth. WiFi would not log on

Well located if arriving by train or bus. Staff were extremely helpful and room represented great value for money.

Best Hotel and Staff but. Need good changes in Veg Food.. I ordered Palak panner but It was too salty.. Staff give me replacement.. And.. Apologies aslo... Overall.. Very Good

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel ticks the boxes in terms of the basics you require when travelling to India in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and bathroom facilities. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping is done whenever you request it if you miss the original slot. Pesticide is regularly sprayed to keep bugs out. The negatives are a lack of daylight in rooms (although this keeps temperature down) and very expensive laundry. Breakfast was ok, not amazing. Room service was quick but again food was ok, not amazing. On a side note it has one of the best gyms I've ever been to in my life (not just in India) and is free to use for residents. The spa is very good and good value, with a further 15% off for residents

Hotel was nothing like expected, floor was very smoky and noisy

The property is a good option against the other available around. Probably will do wonders when bullet train starts off

Room is compact but having all facilities of AC, Tea Kettle, Freeze, Safe, TV, Cupboard etc. Toilet needs more Cleanliness.

Bed sheets not very clean , internet restricted to 3 devices, water not hot in bathroom

I stayed in a Suite room, and that too was not maintained at all.. the walls were cracked, toilets were dirty.. check in took me more than 40 mins.. too slow..

The room was neat and clean, only thing they should check the geysers as early morning water in shower is Not hot.

Service was good but rooms are a little small. Breakfast delivered after 45 mins of wait

People were very courteous. Room was small but functional.

The location is unique, so close to thje Railway Station & right above the Bus Depot. There is a Food Court & a Mall in the same property. The cleanliness of the Bus depot is seen to be believed

Staff very good, area hectic, breakfast is not western, only south indian and basic, room clean, cosy, ac is good, bathroom ok. Only con this hotel soundproof is very bad, you have to get earplugs. You can listen everything in next room

Nice hotel near railway station and bus station. Hassle free check in and check out.

Service was a bit off, smoking room allotted without consulting with us. Room was small and hotel was understaffed
