The room and the hoitel grounds were great. Service was great from sekect few - shout out to Save, Mila, Bola & Sera. The food was pretty good but the rtesort was not 5 stars. There is no great place to swim in the ocean. We paid for all inclusive but there is so many restrictions and most staff did not know what was included and not included so we had to fight over charges at the end of the stay. Highly disappointed with this place. Too far from the airport. No shuttle or attempt to organize one through them. Not worth the money.

By looking at all the photos and videos on Instagram this place look fantastic, but we are very disappointed the lack of friendliness of the staff greeting you when you walk past every day the pool was very disappointing The lagoon was not very clean. The nightlife not much to do.

Staff were mostly great - most were very cheerful, courteous and accommodating, barr a couple of waiters who seem impatient. The kids really enjoyed the kids club, and our rooms were kept neat and clean as well!

Great property. Spectacular service

Disappointing stay - not being allowed to use the snorkel/fins or any non motorized sport equipment during our 3 day stay just unacceptable. Was told snorkels were only for organized hotel tours (?) and was told it was too windy to use the other equipment. There was barely any wind. The equipment just sits there unused. Inexplicable. Shortened hours. Staff just calling it in, no motivation for customer service, and there is no recourse other than these reviews - you are just stuck there having paid thousands of dollars for subpar experience, false advertising. Facilities great, experience disappointing ultimately due to staff. A big smile and “Bula” does not hide the true indifference staff have for facilitating guest experiences. Truth.

O Hotel é muito bonito. Mas, acho que faltou apresentação, dança, música, fogos... da cultura de fiji. Não teve nada neste sentido, da estadia de 3 noites num final de semana. O restaurante italiano, pedí um hamburguer, a carne veio queimada, tive que devolver. Como não comí no rest. italiano , fui pro fish bar, almoçar as 4 da tarde, morrendo de fome, pedí um hamburguer , demorou quase 1 hora pra chegar, veio com pão de sanduíche, o garçom mentiu que era assim, não aceitei, saí morrendo de fome, estragou minha estadia. Acho que os garçons precisam de um curso, pra atender os clientes.
