I will never stay there, bad staff, poor service, fly and mosquito at breakfast, they don’t give extra towel, they refused for any service you need, only give hand and bath towel, they don’t give face towel, very unprofessional and unhelpful staff

Need to make wifi excess easier.

The property it self is nice hotel, nice helpful staff etc. There was an issue with the twin beds I think mattresses need to be changed to more comfortable ones and also the beds did not seem level, not sure, also pillows were very high. Another issue is the mosquitos in the ground floor restaurant, something needs to be done to try and protect the diners.

A one property in Andheri West and staff also tooo Gud.

Rispetto alle foto che sono sul sito, le camere sono molto vecchie, asciugamani usurati e una volta anche sporchi colazione assolutamente non da considerarsi accettabile o continentale.lo staff è molto carino e cerca sempre di dare una mano sicuramente non è da considerare un quattro stelle

The hotel was clean and staff very accomadating. The pool is on the roof, but no sun beds provided or sun shades. Very difficult if ypu wish to relax and swim. The hotel should consider supplying these essential items which other hotels do give.

Staff were excellent - friendly and professional.

Very pleasant stay. Stayed there for 13 days. From day 1 until the last day the stay was very comfortable. Clean, service, food every bit of the stay was very good. The staff and the managers were always welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was also amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel to all.

Hate when the guests are not allowed. Bathrooms were not deeply cleaned. Friendly staff, convenient transport

Very clean, friendly staff, great food and room service.

Service was good but the hotel deserves a 3 rather than a 4 star rating. The rooms and furniture are old, the blanket cover was torn and the mattresses were too soft and unsupportive.

Staff was nice, hotel was clean with the exception of these tiny bugs everywhere. Had to keep my belongings in my suitcases zipped up

The Empressa Hotel is not good for business travel. There is no business centre in the hotel and meetings in room are not allowed. The staff is not well versed with hospitality sector and their behaviour is not good. The open air restaurant is a big risk if you are a vegetarian. The staff served me non-veg food though I had ordered vegetarian dish during my last stay here.

No greetings or welcome at reception. Waited long time to check inn. Rooms is not that great. Mattress are not comfortable. Toilet and toiletries are not up to the mark. House keeping was good enough to stay. Linens were good but not Bath towels and napkins at vanity.
