Great location surrounded by restaurants and shops. An easy walk to the church. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was helpful. Drapery blocked the sun, which rose around 4:00am. One of the best bakeries is next door. In the pedestrian zone so no car noise.

Overall a nice hotel. Great location. Breakfast was decent (more of a continental style with only cold foods). Parking was difficult. The rooms are quite small. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Hotel is located on the main shopping street in old town, very convenient. Staff very helpful with questions and directions. There is no bellman so guests are responsible for moving their luggage around. Room was very nice but desk counter top was peeling off.

Excellent location. My room was smaller than I expected and did not have a robe, but the staff provided a robe on request.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Unfortunately overall the property has gone downhill since the last time we stayed there in 2021. The rooms are very rundown, pillows are horrific and the mattress is in desperate need of replacement. In addition the room was extremely hot with poor ventilation.

The location of the hotel is excellent - center of the city and close to all. It is clean and comfortable, but the bathroom is not a user-friendly. The sink is tiny with a tall faucet that is in the middle, it's hard to use the sink because you can not fit your face on either side of faucet. On top of this, there is no shelf to even put a toothbrush on.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the stay enjoyable. The biggest downside is the noise on Friday and Saturday nights. If you're staying over the weekend, I recommend requesting a room away from the West Building. There was loud music and drumming that continued until around midnight, making it difficult to relax or get to sleep early. Overall, it was a good stay, but choosing the right room location can make a big difference.

The staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond with their help. From luggage storage, to how to work their website this staff was always pleasant to talk to. The room was beautiful and the blackout curtains felt so cozy. I loved my time there. It’s located in the heart of everything it’s close to bus stop 6 so I could go on any adventure (the staff helps you book too if you need it) on my last day I tried the breakfast. I’ve heard great things about their bread from all of my guides. Let me tell you it does not disappoint. If you want a luxury feel this is totally the place to stay.

Fabulous breakfast, helpful lovely staff, amazing location by the main shopping / dining street and rainbow road, wonderful bed and shower, and quiet. We got lucky with parking but I suspect it could be a challenge like any city center hotel depending on your timing. Highly recommend.
