Room is amazing. Hotel was 100% booked with family with children that night. The pool was completely occupied and was extremely loud with screaming.

Newer clean hotel- they just gave me a room behind the elevator and that’s all I could hear.

Overall experience was great and I believe it was the staff who made the stay fantastic. Front desk agent Robin was very welcoming and helpful. Professional, courteous and friendly. Being from the hotel industry myself, I believe he represents the values Marriott stands for and is a great person to be the first point of contact at the hotel. Restaurant employee at breakfast was sweet and patient, that was highly appreciated by someone dealing with jet lag. The hotel itself lives up to the standards, clean, well designed and modern. Will definitely choose it again for my next Toronto trips.

Free upgrade due to event and concerning about quitenss for me. Very good

When I arrived at my room, at first glance, it looked like it had been prepared for the next guest. Upon closer inspection, I discovered the room had not been vacuumed. I mentioned the issue to the front desk and I was simply told they would send someone in again. I went out for the evening and when I returned I found the toilet was plugged and would not flush. This experience made me question how thorough a cleaning the room actually received. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable and the staff very pleasant.

The staff are really not great. The breakfast was cooked to order but not made clear at check in, by the lobby staff or even the person at the counter. We ended up just going back to our room and eating at Tims when we left. Worst of all though, when I left a complaint about it, I got a really rude email response. If a hotel doesn't want feedback, they shouldn't send you 3 email prompts asking for it! It's a beautiful hotel if you don't interact with anyone and eat elsewhere
