Was perfect for what we needed for a few hours overnight before an early morning flight. Clean, tidy and staff were helpful.

Stayed for two nights after arriving to Luton airport and waiting to go to Heathrow for my next flight. Staff is really attentive and the breakfast and all day coffee availability is great. The mall next door made the wait pass faster. Would stay again if I arrive to Luton airport and need a few nights before I continue with my travels.

Pros : cheap and only a few mins walk from train station although I would not recommend doing so at night. Cons : Most uncomfortable bed I have slept on in years it felt like a slab of concrete with a sheet over it, only had one very thin pillow went to reception to ask for another was told no, explained I have a back issue and needed the support told no even firmer and rudely Shower pressure on 9th floor was appalling water literally dribbled out. Buffet breakfast looked like a roulette wheel of options to get salmonella.

Great location right outside the mall and 5 minute walk to Luton Station and the bus depot. Check-in was very straightforward. Nice touch was the complimentary free hot drinks machine in the lobby. Parking was £10 for 24 hours and I could go in and out but is on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.. Got offer to upgrade to executive king but the bed was the size of a regular double bed but glad I upgraded... Classic room has really small single bed and the double room had what seemed smaller than a small double. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of food.

Noisy, smelly, dirty hotel

I like the fact that it is right at the shopping mall.everything is right there…what i didnt like was the customer service

I was charged £200 for parking of 15mins.

It’s a fine hotel for the price. The area isn’t great and the cleanliness in communal areas is sometimes lower than you would like/expect. The rooms are simple and clean and I would definitely stay again.

We stay here when travelling to see The Hatters play. Very clean, great staff. Comfortable rooms and decent breakfast.

Absolute dump. Reeked of ganja and fried chicken. The area felt more like a war zone of 3rd world imports. Unsafe, unclean, and nothing like a hotel. To be fair, it was technically a hotel, but closer to a live action set off Banged Up Abroad. I checked out within the hour and never went back. Do you want me to push it more toward darkly funny, or keep it straight savage?

The usual high standard of customer service I’ve come to expect from this hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are spotless. The breakfast of hot and well stocked. The hot drinks machines offer a good range. Always a great stay.
