Having stayed in a number of German hotels, this was very typical of the type. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast and evening meals were very good and the staff were extremely helpful with things like bus times, pre-booking tickets and knowledge of local attractions. Checking in and out was efficient. I had a single room which was small but had all the necessary features except air conditioning. As a result, I had to have the window open meaning that late night conversations outside were intrusive. With air conditioning I could have closed the window and heard nothing. Overall I can highly recommend this hotel.

Schöner Pool + Sauna. Frühstücksbuffet war üppig. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustüre.

Lovely hotel. Facilities include a pool and sauna. Amazing location within a couple of mins walk of the train station and bus station. Breakfast very good in a lovely airy rest with outside space too. Although they don’t have a luggage room, We were able to leave our bags in the reception office on the day we checked out.

Dejligt Hotel tæt på station. God service. Sengene kunne være bedre, hvis jeg skal sætte en finger på noget. Helt klart et sted jeg ville komme igen.

There was no air-conditioning, but otherwise the place was very nice right next to the river very convenient so you can walk anywhere you need to. The staff was very helpful. I would totally recommend this place. Just bring your own fan if you come during hot weather.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Room very clean with excellent shower pressure. Balcony room looking to river was lovely, can hear the road noise but that is unavoidable and didn't impact my enjoyment. Options to sit by the river is lovely. Breakfast was self service and first class with happy staff who are on hand if you require anything. Excellent location I look forward to returning. The room was clean and the linens crisp. Awesome view from the patio. Modern bathroom too!

We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back! The hotel was lovely, right on the stream. Parking was easy. The outside swings and chairs were perfect after a dip in the pool. Breakfast was impressive! The staff were friendly as well. Wish we had more time to stay longer.

The hotel was very clean and spotless, off road parking was available which was very important for our group. The place itself is run/managed by nice people who made us feel very welcome, they were quite a cheerful bunch and all seemed happy to to working there which makes for a great atmosphere. The restaurant also served great food. We were on a motorcycle tour and unfortunately it poured with rain all the time do restricted our movement, staying at such a good hotel made all the difference.

Wenn ich nochmal in Berchdesgaden urlaub mach gehe ich wieder ins Hotel Grünberger.

Schönes Hotel, die Sitzmöglichkeiten am Wasser sind spitze. Parken könnte schwierig sein direkt am Hotel, der Parkplatz direkt gegenüber braucht eine Parkscheibe mit 3hr Limit von 10:00-17:00 (Hatte trotzdem gut geklappt, das Hotel hat auch mehrere eigene Plätze aber es war viel los). Frühstück Buffet ist super (nur leider schnell leer in der Rush Hour am Morgen, verständlich). Schwimmbad auch top! Das Restaurant ist auch super!
