Lovely property

A great property, however the basement room was made unusable twice from flooding after a thunderstorm.

The gardens, pool area, and the village overall are very nice. The house itself though is not what you would expect for the money you pay. It's a basic holiday house. Even though we arrived after the check in time, the amenities (dishwasher liquid, shampoo, conditioner,.soap) where not there yet. The staff arrived shortly after to bring these items and they said thwy were.expecting us later (not.sure why). Also in the early afternoon while we were some were lounging in the pool.area and others taking a nap, the gardening staff arrived and started trimming the trees and hedges naking too much noise. Ideally when a house is occupied the gardening services should not.just appear out of the blue for garden maintenance. Overall its a nice villa but you would expect more given the price you pay.

A truly amazing place to stay..the villa was superb..clean & modern with a contemporary finish..the private pool was spectacular.. the villa is in close proximity to many walking & cycling trails which we enjoyed.. There is a large golf course to be enjoyed if you are a golfer ( we are not!).. we were given an excellent welcome pack - coffee, tea, milk, bread, eggs, , butter, honey, hallumi cheese block, coke, bottled water, biscotti, chocolate chip cookies… what more could one want? All toiletries, towels etc were provided.. Kitchen is fully equipped & functional..we cooked a few meals.. Staff at reception were very friendly, courteous & efficient. Both Alex & Ilias were very helpful.. We had the opportunity to check out late as our flight was late.. this really made a difference.. There is a easily accessible village square which houses coffee shops, bakery, ice cream & juice bar, supermarket & several restaurants… We would definitely recommend this resort!

The apartment is set within a secure and sprawling golfing estate. It is fully equipped - fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, tv & audio. You do need a car to get around and off the complex. The staff are very good, there are dining and shopping facilities on site. We travelled round to some of the surrounding villages for breakfast and dinner

The resort itself is stunning. A fun town square with restaurants, a kids park etc. and was walkable from our villa (but not from all) across from the beautiful golf course and clubhouse. Not all restaurants or the kids club were open probably due to the off season. The villa was clean and spacious, had a great backyard and pool. Had we known we needed to ask days prior for it to be heated we would have. Also, the hot water in the house was lacking. I think these were the only issues we had and could have been rectified with better communication from the staff. Otherwise, I’m excited to go back in the summertime when I’m sure everything is bustling and open. Beautiful views, nice people.

Very smart well equipment apartment near local amenities.

Our villa was simply stunning. Modern, very well equipped with high quality equipment (Siemens oven & hob, Bosch dishwasher, Samsung fridge, vilroy and Bosch bathrooms.etc) and very clean. When we arrived basic food was provided such a bread, milk, eggs bacon and a bottle of wine. Great start to a great holiday. Only slight gripe was very hard beds but I have also experienced hard beds in other Cyprus resorts. Maybe that’s a Cyprus thing. Outside was a large pool and large garden as well as a roof terrace all in a private location as well as a bbq and outside cooking area. Villa was located a little way from resort centre and a car is probably required but I suspect most people staying here would hire from airport so probably not a concern. The staff at the main reception were incredibly helpful and if we needed any advice or help noting was too much trouble for them. 5star for guest services. Definitely stay again.

huge resort with no transportation between the villas and the reception so if u want to go the the reception from your villa it will take more than 20min walking this what i really hate of this hotel plus there is no cleaning service in the villa.

Just came back from one week stay- the villa was great and also the village square Two remarks regarding the resort that wasnt explained properly- TV cable is extra Using the hotel facilities isnt posdible

Fantastic well equipped villa with beautiful gardens and pool. 20 mins from Paphos. Excellent leisure/spa facilities, restaurants, cafes and a small supermarket on site
