A localização é incrível! Perto de tudo a pé. De frente pra pontos turísticos muito importantes. Você já começa o dia olhando para lugares lindos. O atendimento na chegada foi muito bom, ela foi gentil, divertida e educada. O quarto estava muito limpo, roupa de cama de alta qualidade assim como as toalhas. O box para banho é um pouco pequeno e o hotel é antigo. Mais eu recomendo.

Très bon emplacement - chambre spacieuse et conforme au descriptif - Personnel agréable et qui parle même français - Dans mon cas très bon rapport qualité prix mais il est vrai que le tarif peut être très élevé donc mon avis aurait être tout autre si j’avais payé 2 ou 3 fois plus cher donc pensez à réserver bien à l’avance. Je recommande

The staff were great. It was a good location and everything worked well. I thought the single bedbwas a tad small but it sufficed.

Posizione ottimale, in zona pedonale e a brevissima distanza dalla stazione della metro. La struttura si affaccia sulla Plaza de Oriente, di fronte al Palazzo Reale con vista sullo splendido giardino. Si raggiungono a piedi e in poco tempo le piazze principali del centro e la zona è ben servita per raggiungere dai mezzi per raggiungere le principali attrazioni e musei della città. Hostal davvero oltre le aspettative, con personale gentilissimo e struttura pulita e bel climatizzata. Consiglio, soprattutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Right across the road from the royal palace and a metro station just round the corner. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very happy with my stay here and if I was to return to Madrid for another holiday I would be more than happy to stay here again.

Hotel is in a beautiful and excellent location. Best thing about the place! Next was the staff…very friendly, accommodating, attentive. Our room was huge and looked like it had been recently remodeled to suit a family or longer stay; there was kitchenette with a high table and stools, a sink and cabinets with some kitchen-type items but no stove. Although the bathroom was modern and very clean, it was oddly tiny compared to the main room. And we had a single window in the corner that looked down into the atrium, so the room was just dark. Other than those quirks, we enjoyed our stay.

Fair deal for the price in the old quarter of Badajoz.

La location è centralissima e L'accoglienza ottima. La stanza ha un unico difetto : il bagno si trova sopra un ballatoio inaccessibile a persone con difficoltà e pericoloso per bambini

Mi habitación era interior y con una escalera muy dificultosa para subir al baño. El baño bastante incómodo también. La cama era de 80 cm. Por último, es perjudicial y muy desagradable que todo huela intensamente a insesticida.

Our room was wonderful with a fantastic view of the Royal Palace and the beautiful gardens in front of it. The gracious staff could not have been more helpful and we cannot wait to go back!!!!
