Liz and Ian were great hosts. Hotel is in a perfect, quiet location,10 mins walk to the shops and beach front. Breakfast was lovely x

Booked this for husbands birthday weekend as somewhere to stay for us and family. Lovely and clean, friendly people, breakfast was awesome highly recommend. Only bit that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower but didn’t detract from a lovely stay

We had a lovely stay! Liz was the perfect host, friendly and welcoming, making a lovely cooked breakfast! The room was clean, comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely touch with the fresh milk 👌 The location is close enough to walk into town or walk along the coast. There was not enough room to fit on the car park but there was plenty of roadside parking available which was free. We will definatly stay again!

The Karema is a perfect place to stay, Liz and Ian are great and attentive to the needs of their guests. The rooms are spotless with everything needed for a comfortable stay and the breakfast was delicious. Parking is available for 3 cars but plenty of street parking is also available. I stay in Skegness on a regular basis and this will now always be my preferred choice.

The property looks rather dated and could do with being gutted and starting again. Looks like its stuck in the 70s. The room i had was on the top floor. It had woodchip wallpaper on the ceiling which was peeling off. The bathroom. If u could call it a bathroom. (More like a cupboard. Was very cramped.it had a sliding door that at seen better days and was a waste of time. The breakfast was pretty much standard. Nothing special. Overall the property was ok i suppose for one night in skegness. Dont think i will be returning though. It needs alot of up dating.

I stayed here for one night i have to say was the best hotel ive stayed in yet at skegness fantastic staff very freindly gave me brilliant instuctions for the room and parking and the breakfast was lovely ill defantly be staying agen 10 out of 10 for me

Lovely fresh breakfast cooked to order, as much as you want, from a full English to muesli, fresh orange juice tea and coffee, short 7 minute walk to the centre, Liz was very welcoming and went above and beyhond to make us welcome. We will stay again soon

This place was lovely to stay. Great friendly owners, The rooms were spotless, clean and fresh. Breakfast was great freshly made to your order and the location was great. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Had a single room, brilliant room with tea and coffee. Bed was comfy with a tv in room shower and toilet ensuite. Breakfast very nice and owners very nice

Yes everything is close by,safe quite lovely little place first time stopping in this hotel will be definitely stopping there again

The property is the best better than any of your big hotels liz the owner goes all out to provide an exceptional stay breakfast is cooked fresh daily so close to skegness town and all amenities could not fault the stay in anyway will be booking karema again without a doubt

Fantastic warm welcome from Liz who made me feel very at home. I Was in Room Number 01 With a Nice Comfortable double bed & an Ensuite - With a Powerful shower, Toilet, Sink, fresh clean towels provided aswell as a mini fridge in room. Plus kettle, tea/coffee & biscuits, mini milk in the fridge with a bottle of water. I Would definitely stay again & I recommend 😊

Everything was first class, exemplary service, extremely clean, hospitality from Liz is exceptional. I'm so pleased with everything during my stay, I highly recommend. Thank you very much Liz.
