Un muy buen hotel justo frente a la playa, y conveniente tiene una estación de autobús afuera del hotel que te permite llegar al centro de Palma en unos minutos, muy conveniente, totalmente recomendado

New hotel in a good location under 20 mins walk from the Cathedral. Unusual quirky design with pine panelling throughout, with comfortable rooms and large bathrooms. Nearby marina area has some nice restaurants. The excellent beach is just 5 mins away. The airport is a 10-15 minute taxi ride away. Had a decent gym which could do with a few more machines. Very friendly staff who really looked after us. Fantastic roof top pool and bar area, with great views out to sea and toward the Old Town, much better and cheaper than the nearby Es Princeps hotel!

Fantastisk beliggenhed nær strand, lokalområde, lufthavn og selve byen. Dejligt med pool og bar på 7. Etage. Kommer gerne igen.

Wir waren nun 2 mal innert 6 Wochen dort und die Probleme vom ersten Aufenthalt bestätigen sich. - unfreundliches Personal - Fahrräder sind im Zimmer nicht erlaubt - Fahrradraum ist in Wirklichkeit ein vom Personal genutztes Lager in einem anderen Teil der Tiefgarage. Es gibt keine Fahrradständer usw. Man darf das Rad an eine freie Wand stellen. Am nächsten Tag steht es dann plötzlich an einem anderen Ort. Möchte man das Fahrrad nehmen, muss man sich an der Rezeption melden, welche dann wiederum den Security anruft und wenn dieser dann Zeit hat, öffnet er die Türe. Man wartet gerne mal einige Minuten. - Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Eher durchschnittlich Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Wer mit dem Rad unterwegs ist, sollte sich besser ein anderes Hotel suchen.

Man hat sehr wenig vom Personal mitbekommen

We loved our stay! The area was super walkable. The hotel called taxis for us ASAP whenever we needed one. The room was spotless and modern. We ate at the restaurant on property 2 times. The rooftop pool had also just opened and had a beautiful view. We rented a car for two days and the parking garage was $20 a night, but extremely accessible and you’ll notice the price is not included because the area is extremely hard to park in if we didn’t have the amenity through the hotel. I would definitely tell a friend to stay there if they were visiting Mallorca and would book it again if we went back!

Everything was nice

Die Lage ist nicht optimal neben dem Kongress-Zentrum. Für privarten Urlaub sind andere Lage besser. Des Weiteren waren wir sehr verärgert über den Spa-Bereich. In der Beschreibung von Expedia wurde der Spa-Bereich beschrieben und mit Fotos gezeigt. Leider ist dieser Spa-Bereich nicht inklusive. Wir mussten für einen Besuch 50 EUR für zwei Stunden bezahlen. Wir haben das Hotel eigentlich nur wegen dem Spa-Bereich ausgesucht (Anfang März).

Todo ha sido estupendo, instalaciones, limpieza, amplitud, ausencia de ruido y el gimnasio, que también use, muy muy bien equipado con variedad de máquinas y todas bastante nuevas y de buena calidad

Hat uns wie immer seht gut gefallen - gute Lage, Zimmer große und sauber. Frühstück wie zu erwarten. Immer wieder gern!
