Allgemeine alles gut aber der Lärm von der Straße kann man bis ins Zimmer hören was zum einschlafen nicht förderlich ist. Das Badezimmer hatte auch schon seine Glanzzeit hinter sich (klobrille gelb , Bade Ablage Schimmel). Frühstück war immer genug Auswahl und frisch da.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße. Leider dadurch auch nachts laut. Das Personal war freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren eine Woche dort und für uns war der Aufenthalt schön.

Gute Unterkunft, aber glaub nicht das es 4 Sterne sind. Sehr laut im Zimmer als würden wir direkt an der Straße schlafen, obwohl wir im 4 OG waren.

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet, ein-zwei Steckdosen mehr schaden aber in der heutigen Zeit sicher nicht. Das Badezimmer war sehr modern, sauber und schön. Lediglich die Zimmer die Richtung Straße schauen sind schon sehr laut.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, der Straßenlärm, war unerträglich trotz geschlossenem Fenster haben wir kaum ein Auge zugemacht. Am 2.Tage stellten wir fest, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt bzw. aufgefüllt worden war, es fehlte an WC-Parpier, Shampoo und frischen Handtüchern. Zusätzlich war eindeutig viel Schimmel am Badewannen Bereich zusehen! MfG

Es war eigentlich alles ganz gut, sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war ausreichend für uns. Leider ein sehr hartes Bett aber ok. Das Bad war sehr schön, mit Dusche und Badewanne. Aber leider hatten wir ein Zimmer bei der Hauptstraße. Die ganze Nacht hört man die Autos, die Straßenbahn fährt jede paar Minuten bis am Abend und dann früh morgens. Man konnte kaum schlafen und die Fenster waren zu

バスアメニティやスリッパが部屋に常備してありよかったです。また、無料の朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で美味しかったです。お部屋の清潔感だけは完璧ではなかったので星4つにしています。有名観光地までの距離は、頻繁にトラムが走っているのであまり気になりませんでした。

Great hotel

ottima colazione, ottimo parcheggio incluso, peccato la loro comunicazione in cui informavano che avrebbero dato la "best available room" cosa che non è avvenuta and "amenities" che ci hanno informato essere...il sapone (?)...forse il minimo sindacale per un hotel. Peccato. Informazioni non richieste che hanno creato una aspettativa, disattesa.

It was a good one night stay at Residence Hotel. The man at the reception area was nice and helpful. It was pretty close to a nice restaurant, nothing much else in the area. Breakfast was pretty good especially the homemade pastries and we were also able to get made to order eggs. Unfortunately when we got to breakfast they weren't replenishing much of the other stuff so we just got the leftovers.

Best hotel that we have stayed at, staff were so friendly and helpfull. The room was absolutely perfect and the hot tub was brilliant. Lovely breakfast and plenty to choose from. Cant fault this hotel at all. If we are back in Zagreb again we will definatly be staying at this hotel. 5*
