Great location and great cause

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast is amazing. Beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Hot water took a while to get to room but otherwise everything was wonderful.

A equipe é ótima. Não precisa agendar tours com antecedência, eles organizam pra você todos que quiserem, e como eu tinha pesquisado antes, percebi que os preços que ele conseguem é melhor ou no mínimo igual, e sempre tem vaga para o dia seguinte. O café da manhã é buffet à vontade se tiver muita gente hospedado no hotel, que foi nosso caso nós 2 primeiros dias, já no último dia, a hospedagem estava relativamente vazia, então você tem que escolher em um cardápio, frutas, iogurte, torradas e café é o padrão pra todos, e se escolhe entre 4 opções de pratos com proteínas e/ou ovos. O quarto é confortável, cama muito boa, espacoso, chuveiro ótimo, mas aqui deve se prestar atenção, não tem água quente, a temperatura da água é entre frio e morno, pra quem não gosta, complica. Mas o país é tão quente que na minha opinião não tem como tomar banho com a água em outra temperatura. Tem água disponível para todos a hora que hóspede quiser em dois galões de água, podem encher copos ou garrafas como bem entenderem. Além disso tem várias redes para dormir, ler ou descansar. Tem piscina também para quem gosta. Fica a 3 quadras da praça central e fica em uma rua bem tranquila, silenciosa. Tem que andar pelo menos 2 quadras para achar boas opções de restaurantes.

Beautiful boutique hotel easy walking distance to all the local spots, friendly staff, delicious breakfast spread, and the added bonus-they give back part of their proceeds to support the local community. We plan to stay here again next time we come!

Absoluterly wonderful caring, knowledgable and helpful staff. Beautiful architecture and very well designed hotel and rooms and lots of light. Really amazing breakfast and on Christmas day they had some special touches. Highly recommend and easy walking distance to the town center.

The place was a great find.

This is a lovely hotel. There are hammocks for chilling. Good pool. The air con in the room works well. We were disappointed not to be told that there was a broken pipe in the hotel as of Jan 2025 which means no hot water. The rates should be reduced or a complimentary drink would be good to compensate for this, particularly as this was a reason for booking. The staff are helpful. Breakfast was omelette, bread and fruit. Water is available for dispensing at anytime. If they have hot water, and this is important to you, then this place is gold. If you don’t mind cold water shower in Jan 2025 then definitely book - it is clean, comfortable and good staff.

i was very happy with staff; they iet me check in early. As the name says hotel with heart; they provide help for help for local children.

Everything good with our stay but I would like to recommend some little thing as have a blower in the room and also have a TV in the other room.
