Annette and Mark are great hosts. Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast, perfect location. We hiked, relaxed, and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful B&B in the most picturesque little town. Clean rooms with lovely tea making facilities and fridge, breakfast was delicious and filling. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even making us a pack lunch for our climb up Snowdon. Pub next door had good selection of beers and great portions for dinner! Location was perfect for the Plas Y Pas car park for the Pyg & Miners track. Only 15mins drive.

Lovely family-run hotel in a stunning location. Stayed here during a hiking trip and couldn't have asked for more. The hosts were warm and welcoming, the room was clean and cozy, and the views were absolutely beautiful. Perfect base for exploring the area—highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay here, the owners Mark and Annette were very welcoming but not in your face. The property itself was very clean, well maintained and are room was really lovely with a great view. Really liked the guest lounge with the addition of the hot drinks maker with the honesty box. The rain came in on our second day and it was lovely to warm up by the fire. The breakfast was superb as well.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They gave us good advice on the surrounding trails. The room offered beautiful views, was clean and well maintained. The property had a wonderful garden where you can relax after a long day walking. There was a nice lounge area as well where you could watch TV, listen to music or grab a hot or cold drink; some snacks available to purchase. The breakfast was ok. There was a choice of eggs on toast or welsh breakfast. Our overall impression was positive.

Such a lovely couple of nights, from arrival to departure the whole experience was fantastic. Really good location in the heart of the village with various pubs, restaurants and shops on the doorstep, not to mention a few mountains. We'll be back!

We visited for a 3 night stay. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, everything was perfect. Mark & Annette were very warm and welcoming. Amazing hosts. Lovely couple. Nothing was too much trouble. Located right on the river. The house was absolutely spotless. Our room was beautiful. We had a river view. The fridge and tea tray are nice little touches. The towels were big and fluffy. The toiletries were luxury. The bed was amazing slept like a baby. The guest lounge and patio area were superb. We did make use of these. The breakfast room was cosy. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Cooked to perfection. A little birthday treat and card was placed in the room for me 😊 We were sad to leave.
