Recht teuer

Leider war unser Zimmer das wir bekommen haben nicht gereinigt, nach der Reklamation gab man uns zwei höherwertige Zimmer zur Ansicht, von denen eines leider auch nicht gereinigt war. Die Hotelausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was ja eigentlich kein Problem darstellt, doch Flecken auf Sofas oder Stühlen müssen meiner Meinung nach trotzdem nicht sein. Für den ausgerufenen Betrag hatte ich schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte.

hier passt alles: Service, Personal, Lage, Zimmer, Speisen und Getränke. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Quite nice place and surroundings: historical, modern, operational, and lush green 9 - there was "some fus", (language?), maybe the wedding ;o) - our room was instructed to the wrong floor, - distance from car, with luggage, for the elderly. - once drinks are included at dinner, please clearly indicate, written, what is / is not included. place to visit again! For the weekend or more Thank you!

We liked the location, part of the old city. Parking was nearby but gravel path was difficult for suitcases, better to bring small suitcases. Check in and check out was easy, staff are very friendly. Wished for a kettle or coffee machine and /or fridge in the room. Room was hot but staff brought us an extra fan to help. Staff spoke English and were helpful. Wifi disconnected often, had to reconnect. Tub/shower was a big step to get in, not recommended for seniors. We enjoyed the ambiance and architecture in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Essen im Restaurant ist empfehlenswert, die Zimmer sauber und schön (meines war im Herrenhaus). Der Service sehr gut und ich werde definitiv bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder Gast im Danielshof sein.

An overnight stop on way home. What a delightful location. Old buildings were beautiful and next to good nature walks around the lake. Staff are pleasant and very accommodating. Worth a visit if the area suits your needs. Close to Aachen and Köln.

Is advertised with wellness. In reality they „cooperate“ with facilities 3km down the road. This is deceipt. Otherwise: charming location, great stay and easy parking

Schönes historisches Haus mit sehr nettem Personal. Leider waren überall im Zimmer & Bad noch Hinterlassenschaften vom vorherigen Gast zu finden. Das muss besser sein! Auch der Fernseher war auf die Entfernung viel zu klein. Das Frühstück war mit frischen Brötchen gut; allerdings fehlte mir etwas aufgeschnittenes Obst. Allerdings gab es Äpfel und Kiwis in einem Korb präsentiert. Insgesamt war das EZ für 120€ inklusive Frühstück trotz der schönen Anlage viel zu hoch.

Sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Teppiche sind uralt und total verdreckt, Sessel im Zimmer auch. Alles irgendwie aus den 90ziger Jahren. Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück einfach aber gut, Betten ok

Beautiful hotel in the Old City of Kaster, right on Der Werwolf Wanderweg (The Werewolf Hiking Trail) into Bedburg. I would stay here again.

Very quaint, and cozy atmosphere. Was a lovely spot to go for a walk & enjoy the area. Lots of space to sit outside and enjoy a patio, or the courtyard.

From the staff to the food and the quirky room you could only be impressed

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels, der schöne Innenhof mit den Sitzmöglichkeiten und vor allem die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter haben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm gestaltet, dass ich wieder buchen werde.
