There was an alarm during the night so hotel was evacuated. Being so many people on the street (a lot of them with small kids), nobody from the hotel showed up or provided why info.

Nice property but no air conditioning. Hard to sleep at night. They did give me a fan which helped some.

Convenient location that is 1 block away from the pier. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a heat wave during our visit and there is no AC in the rooms. The window in our room only cracked open a little bit but they did give us some fans. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options for all! Room itself was clean, beds were comfortable.

Very good location, good view if you choose sea-view room. Will choose this hotel again if I come back to Bergen!

중심가에 있어서 피오르드 관광 바로 앞에 있어서 관광 하기에는 매우 좋았고 조식도 맛있었음. 그런데 천정 위에서 바닥으로 물이 떨어져 좋지 않았어요..

Great location so central to everything. Our room had a magnificent view over the famous harbour and decor was fun and modern. Comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Meals also were enjoyable.

Hyggelig personalet, men som flere har skrevet - ekstremt varmt rom. Her bør de gjøre noe tiltak. Vi bodde i åttende etasje og heisen fungerte ikke. Da er det dårlig kombinasjon med dårlig/varm luft. God frokost!

Lo negativo: El edificio donde viviamos estaba bastante deteriorado, una renovación no le vendría nada mal. El apartamento estaba bien pero polvo en cantidad encima de los bordes de los cuadros, el cenicero lleno de colillas y una mesa algo oxidada en el balcón. Encima tiene uno que limpiar platos, cubiertos, platos y utensilios a mano si no quieres que te hagan un cargo adicional de 450,- coronas (aproximadamente 40€), cosa que me parece increible que un hotel valorado en 4 estrellas te exija. No hay aire acondicionado, y los días que nos hospedamos fueron muy calurosos, así que tuvimos que pedir un pequeño ventilador en recepción y dormir con la puerta del balcón abierta, a parte que había mucho ruido de gente por la calle borracha gritando a altas horas de la madrugada. Dos días seguidos habían personal del hotel de limpieza tomando sus descansos y fumando fuera del apartamento casi solo salir por la puerta. Lo positivo: Personal muy amable de la recepción. El desayuno era bueno y variado, el café excelente. La ubicación muy centrica de todo. El baño del apartamento muy amplio y moderno.

Wir wurden aufgrund eines Wasserschadens in einem anderen Magic Hotel (Korskirgen) untergebracht. Leider wurden wir erst bei unserer Ankunft darüber informiert, so dass wir mit unserem schweren Gebäck noch einmal umziehen mussten (nur 5 Minuten Fußweg, aber über Kopfsteinpflaster). Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, hatte auch ausreichend Platz, aber kein Fenster, sondern nur einen nicht zu öffnenden schmalen Glasschlitz in einen Flurbereich mit Glasdach. 😕 Frühstück war ausreichend. Allerdings wurden die Tische selten nach einem Gastwechsel abgewischt und auch das Nachlegen am Frühstücksbufett verlief teilweise schleppend. Die Lage war sehr gut (Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig und Supermarkt im Gebäude).

Funktionell ausgestattetes Appartement mit Hafenblick vom Balkon. Balkon könnte eine Reinigung vertragen (Abtrennungen), Essen im Restaurant gut, abends etwas laut durch Motorrad- und Autoposer auf der Straße...in der Nacht aber ruhig, Parkmöglichkeiten fünf Minuten zu Fuß im Parkhaus, historische Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar

Das Familienzimmer war geräumig und gemütlich, alles sauber und in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war auch reichhaltig. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum war sehr gut und auch der Parkplatz in der Kloster Garage.

Hotel is very centric in downtown Bergen. However, materials used for remodeling are not of high quality, ie., wallpaper in bathroom peeling off in several places, marks of damage to vinyl floors in bedroom visible, etc.
