La chambre avec bain privé est très belle, le bain public qui propose de l’eau volcanique est propre et joli également Pour les repas : ils sont excellent, attention très copieux si vous avez la demi pension plusieurs jours de suite, nous vous conseillons une portion pour deux car au bout déjà du deuxième soir c’est très riche ! Les boissons sont à volonté dont l’alcool à l’accueil Si vous avez une voiture c’est un excellent endroit pour aller visiter autour nous avons passé un superbe séjour

Room and hot tub are ok. We are 3 people in one room, only two sets bedding, we need to setup the third one by ourselves! The food is not our favorite, both dinner and breakfast!

Very traditional Japanese Onsen Resort. We had a private onsen in our room. It was wonderful. Food is great if you like Japanese food.

客室は綺麗で、スタッフの対応など特に気になりませんでした。 部屋の入口が少し狭くトイレや手洗いの時に、やりづらいなーと感じましたが、それ以外は特になく落ち着いて過ごせました。 お風呂も露天風呂付きでゆっくり入れました。 喫煙者は喫煙するところがホテルにはなく、隣にあるコンビニに行かないと行けないのが大変と言ってました。コンビニの灰皿もかなり吸殻があるそうです。

Clean, beautiful room, friendly staff. Great outdoor onsen. Private onsen is clean, nice, and loves that it looks into nature; though aesthetically a bit basic (looks like a hot tub). Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. Beautifully presented, tasty, and hearty. That said, dinner was too much food and wished there were more vegetables/fruit!

This place was amazing! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We opted for the full dinner and breakfast with a hot spring bath in the room. Everything was incredible. The food tasted fantastic and the bath was lovely and spacious with a beautiful view of the woods behind the hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing ryokan experience.

部屋風呂が有った事 食事のグレードが夕食も朝食もとても素晴らしかったです。 特に朝食の際についていただいた ギダ さんていう方の説明、赤ちゃんがいたのですが気遣いにはとても丁寧で感心しました

よい口コミが多かったり、SNSでよく見ることがあったので、楽しみにしていたのですがサービスが雑で投げやりな感じがしたのが残念でした。 食事はとても美味しかったのですが、頼んでいたメニューと異なっていたり、席に案内されなかったり少し残念でした。 温泉はとても気持ちよかったのですが、大浴場が点検で使用できず内風呂のみしか入ることができずこの時期は寒かったです。故障で点検が必要になった段階で一報いただきたかったなと思いました。

The hotel is a wonderful oasis in Hakone, very quiet and serene. The rooms are comfy, it has a toilet, shower and an onsen. Theres also a public onsen which is beautiful and the restaurant is in both the main building and the annex. Theres free drinks at certain times, you use the yukatas provided, so many amenities. Great stay

Special to have an in-room onsen, glad we got to experience Hakone for 48 hours!
