This was an amazing stay. The room was immaculate and clean. All amenities were in perfect working order. The food was top tier. The bus stop was right next to the building. I highly recommend checking it out if you plan on visiting Hakone.

Beautiful ryokun experience with a lot of good traditional food. Would recommend for new and old visitors to enjoy and relax.

Had the most luxurious meal of my entire trip here

This was the best place I stayed on my recent Japan trip. If you're doing "The Hakone Loop", you might miss it, as if you catch the ship to Motohakone on Lake Ashi you will end up a while away. But! The staff here are lovely, the onsens are amazing, the dinner is phenomenal (and unbelievably huge), the rooms have a lovely atmosphere and are so comfortable, there's a bar with unlimited free drinks, and it's easily accessible via the Hakone Tozan Bus. It's right next to a convenience store too, if that's important to you. I'll remember my stay here for a long time!

We loved that they brought in yoga in the morning and a geisha in the afternoon. The onsen was fabulous after a long day if travel

Beautiful property with amazing traditional Japenese meals. The onsen was an incredibly peaceful experience and the staff were all incredibly helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this onsen hotel. The traditional Japanese dinner and breakfast were delicious and made the experience feel very authentic and immersive. The rooms were beautiful, and having a private onsen in the room was a huge plus. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Japanese ryokan experience!! :)

Possui a opção de refeições tradicionais incluídas na reserva. Uma ótima experiência para quem quer vivenciar esta tradição japonesa.

Breakfast and dinner was phenomenal and extensive. Worth every penny! We had a small private onsen attached to our room. Loved that!!!

Lovely place to relax after a busy week in Japan. The onsen in the room was lovely and the room service beef was delicious, as was the breakfast.

Incroyable ! Nous avons adoré ! L'ambiance japonaise de la chambre et le ryokan. Nous avions pris demi pension, le repas était très bon.

Hotel di primissimo livello con onsen privato e personale disponibile. Le stanze sono spettacolari con vista memorabile, spaziose e molto belle. Futon ed esperienza tradizionale da provare. Ovviamente il bagno termale privato è il vero valore aggiunto dell’esperienza, insieme alla cena kaiseki.
