This hotel far excitedly all my hopes & expectations. Spotless cleanliness, delicious restaurant, amazing staff. I only wish I could give this hotel 6 stars instead of the maximum allowed 5. I highly recommend this establishment!

central location , nice ambience , clean property , polite and helpful staff at reception , room service , house keeping and other staffs. dining is a pleasure. all in all good value for money.

Stay was really special in the time of CVID. Property following all the norms of pandemic like Senatising of luaggage, mask etc. Got a little delay in getting room but they adjusted it against free upgrade. Overall a good property with well behaved staff.

Misleading photos--e.g. elliptical in gym, smokey rooms, will not call taxi but ask guest to wait an hour for massively overpriced hotel car--many better places in Ranchi!

Not so good. WiFi was not working. The room key was giving a lot of problems but there was none to help. takes long time for room service. Would rate it 2.5 out of 5

Surprisingly good hotel for Indian standards. Friendly staff and clean roomso would recommend staying here.

Great staff. Hotel is very clean and I was upgraded to an executive suite. I have stayed at the Le Lac several times and found it to be of a very high standard. A vehicle is required to go shopping as it is approximately 1 kM from the main shopping area. Meals The hotel has vehicle hire or taxis are available. There is a good selection on the menu and hygienically catered for.

Clean and well presented hotel. A little out of the main shopping area if you do not have a car.

Facilities are clean and comfortable. They have parking area in front of the entrance. Only one restaurant in the hotel... no choice. No other restaurant nearby.

Hotel not well maintained...Too much traffic in nearby areas..
