Bring your slippers or thick warm socks in cool and cold weather since there is no carpeting on the floors. Apartment is located in the old Quebec City in nice central location in the old city. Access to drop off luggage at apartment can be limited due to street construction activity in the area. Google maps are incorrect due to streets that are no longer open to vehicles. 24 hour parking lot is located on main drag about 5 blocks away. For this apartment check-in and documentation is submitted electronically online at website link sent by vendor. They will e-mail access code on day of check-in since there is no front desk. There is also a buzzer at entrance to apartment that can be used to communicate if you have issue upon arrival. Plenty of local restaurants in the area. Grocery stores and pharmacies are a bit of a walk from the apartment so bring a backpack or reusable shopping bags.

The location of this property is amazing. It is truly in the heart of Le Petit Champlain area and is so picturesque. Walking distance to upper and lower areas of Old Quebec. There were a number of pubs and restaurants in buildings with centuries of history. The property itself was easy to get into and was warm and cozy after a cold day of touring Old Quebec.

Perfect location. Shops and dining options within steps of the front door. My only critique is that there was only one hanger and paper towels would have been nice. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and updated. Inside it’s a very dark colour palate. Lighting is not the greatest with all the dark colours. Bathroom lighting very dark as well. As with most areas in Old Quebec, parking is at a premium. Right around the corner is umbrella alley and petit Champlain. Very close to walk to places

Overall very nice place.

They to cover the window fully the streetlight is too bright and for someone who likes to sleep in complete darkness it’s hard to sleep. Or the bedroom has to have blinds that closes fully.

Property was beautiful and super clean, in the heart of everything !! I just wish the tv had good connection to be able to connect to Netflix

This place is superbly located and we loved strolling around this beautiful village. It was very convenient to the tour pickup, cruise port and so many restaurants and things to see. The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Only soap is provided in bathroom and my only criticism is that the lighting in the bathroom is too dim.

It wasn’t clearly indicated where to put in the code. We had to call multiple times to know the code and where to enter it. The thermostat didn’t work below 74. It was so warm all night we barely slept. For that price it wasn’t worth it

La toilette arrêtait pas lorsque je partais la chasse d’eau .. j’ai du l’ajuster, et les lattes de bois entre la cuisine et la chambre était plein de poussière… et la laveuse a linge est vraiment dégueulasse .. le gasket de caoutchouc est tout sale.. plein de bactéries et mauvaise odeur … Samuel doit pas être fier

This would be my second choice in Old Quebec. Nice and comfortable. Only suggestion is to have blinds in the bedroom because they have an area that has ‘slats’ and open to the kitchen allowing light in. I would still stay again for the ‘right price’

My mom and I stayed here for 4 nights and relatively enjoyed staying here except for one incident that happened on our first night. Having a washer and dryer helped with packing less clothes for a long weekend stay. The location is perfect! We were walking to distance to most of the top tourist sights, food, and love how it empties out at night. Other reviewers have commented on how close you are to the outside and they were not kidding! I completely ignored that, but it actually bothered us at the end. You can't keep those curtains open at all without the pedestrians looking in in your apartment! Its just those gigantic windows and curtains that separate you from the outside. We actually had one scary night, where someone was just punching in random code numbers to open the door! We called it in 2x only to find out that it was one of their new staff who didn't know which door to get into at 10pm! Let's just say that it was hard to sleep after that episode. I would definitely still recommend Les Lofts because I love the amenities and location, but I would recommend staying in some of their other locations still close to the one we stayed at!
