Employees are great! Could use paint everywhere(not talking about outsides that are exposed to salt water). There were scrapes on the doors and bed was broken in the room. Love the hotel though.

Clean but needs an update, great location close to everything, restaurants are very close walking distance. We just use the room to sleep and enjoyed the beach. Pool needs new paint but it was ok. The restaurant there is expensive comparing to other around the property.

Excelente ubicación. Ideal para los que no nos gusta el escándalo (música fuere)en la playa, pues en este hotel no hay ruido, ésto solo es en el club de playa que está junto, pero no se alcanza a oir.

There was black mold in the ac unit as well as under the bathroom sink. I woke up sick the very next day. There was only a sheet on the bed, no blanket. The water was luke warm at best. It was lazily kept.

El precio del hotel

Es un hotel con poco mantenimiento. El hotel olía a comida. Los colchones eran muy incómodos y estaban sumidos. La puerta del baño no cerraba. Las fotos del hotel se ven muy bien, pero la realidad fue otra. En general la atención fue buena, pero creo que el hotel necesita atención.

The beach was gorgeous and the food was delicious we had a great stay

The place was very nice my biggest complaint was it was a good little distance to get a coffee as there wasn’t any in lobby the beach was beautiful we went there because the seaweed was awful I’m plays in playa de Carmen we liked it so much we’re headed there again today

It was in front of beach. Property is not maintained and the room blankets and towels showed complete wear. They looked dirty with holes and stains.

Everything was good but the washrooms could be better, staff was very friendly and nice

Parking is on the side street. Staff is very thorough in their information.

Nice room and restaurant. We made an appointment for beach chairs at the beach club for 12:30 and you gave our chairs away at 12:00 and turned us away. Your computers were down and you couldn't see the reservations. We will not be back.
