Breakfast was terrible. Noisy hallways at night, no soap in the bathtub dispenser and no hair blower

My partner and I stayed here before our flight, it was really convenient and affordable!

Breakfast was awful, soggy eggs and waffles. Otherwise our stay was good rooms were very clean.

Manager was not helpful at all

Lobby was a bit blah. No amenities within the hotel itself. Room was clean and comfortable.

Staff were really polite, the breakfast cook did a great job. Parking was also very easily accessible. My only complaint is that the shampoo bottle in our room was empty on arrival, so no one probably checked it.

Was a lovely room jacuzzi and all amazing. Staff at check in was great. My only complaint is the breakfast was probably the worst experience I have had and I have stayed at a lot of the hotels motels in this area. Coffee ☕️ was cold unbelievable. Orange juice was watered no thanks. Didn't have cereal or Oatmeal. I had a toast and a fork full or 2 of the little scrambled eggs that was there. Not impressed.

Rooms are okay, but the breakfast was terrible. I usually enjoy hotel breakfasts, but this one was a joke.

Got into the room and getting ready to take a shower and there was no shampoo and soap!! (One on the wall) Had to get dressed and ask the front counter to get me some

Front desk staff assigned me a room and I walked in and it was occupied by someone. I went back down and the staff member was trying to get me into a room with no towels and wouldn't have any towels till 8:00AM the next morning. I refused and he magically found another room that had towels. This room was not terrible but not good either...shoddy workmanship, exposed pipes and drywall. Toiletpaper holder was about 5 feet from the toilet....you had to reach. I am medium height...a short person or child would not be able to reach toilet paper. The whole building screams shoddy design and structure. Would not stay there again.

We checked in and found the washroom sink unusable. Turning on the faucet caused disgusting backwash and hair to come out of the drain, and the shower soap empty. We asked the following morning for the soap to be refilled and the sink to be unclogged. The hotel did neither by the time we returned that evening. The staff advised us there was no maintenance staff so we would not be able to use the washroom sink for the duration of our stay. We often travel to Edmonton for the weekend, but will not be using this hotel again.
