The has great opening pictures but it is not a true reflection of the place. Anne Marie was a pleasant host over the phone, access to the unit was easy. However we chose to stay here based on its location and WiFi access.
Unfortunately Vodaphone WiFi router would not work and Anne Marie had no clue how to troubleshoot the problem. Her solution was to let it charge and add another 1GB data.. so we left it charging and went to dinner. When we returned the problem still existed however at that point she was no longer available to accept calls.
Hotels.com could not get thru to her about correcting the problem either, so they offered us credit back on our stay.
Bottom line, there are less expensive places to stay for such basic ammeneties offered here.
PS- there are many steps and levels between living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms so anyone with special needs should never stay here because you will trip trying to use a restroom late at night. Albeit there is an emergency overhead lighting option.
Also, there are not bunk beds in the second guest bedrooms. So if your a parent with 3 kids you’ll be one bed short. And the couch is so tiny that even my 10yr old nephew couldn’t sleep on it.
The place needs help, broken mirror in the shower.
Sorry Anne Marie. It was a major let down.
